I called earlier and asked if I could Return 2 items that I purchased from the App Sephora App and they said Yes absolutely. When I arrived at this location the lady was Not very helpful and she automatically said that she couldn't Return my 2 items. I told her that I called this specific location and asked the lady who answered the phone if I drove all the way to that store can I return my 2 items there. The lady who was there when I arrived didn't want to even help me with anything and didn't even tell me what I need to do. I will Never go back to this store and I will talk to the Manager. There was no reason for the lady to be lazy and not even want to try and help me with anything. I would have spent tons of money there but the Lady at the counter was horrible. No customer service skills at all. I will take my business and money somewhere else where I feel welcomed and wanted to help by the representative.
