I feel so bad for the employees. The line is always extremely long (and moves like a snail) which leads to me to not buying anything. They must be so understaffed and over worked. They had a line down the store today and three cashiers. One of the cashiers decided that was the best time to take a bathroom break and proceeds to walk the SLOWEST I’ve ever seen to the bathroom. There’s also never anything in the store. I don’t understand how the line is always so long when there’s nothing to buy.

This store seriously needs help. The alarms on the men's shoes were constantly going off and the store looked like it hadn't been fully recovered in months. Corporate needs to open their pockets a little and allow more staff in the store

I usually love Ross stores in the area. Today was in Nampa Ross it was pretty barren. Hardly no selection of things. Also the shopping experience has became hard on my add brain with all the clothing alarm tags going off everywhere in the store. It is not a peaceful shopping experience. I don't understand why they have to be going off constantly and it's not like 1 it's all over the store. The line also was through the store. It is Tuesday and 2pm. I think you need to open more registers when it's like this. Worse than Christmas time for wait time.

The store is an absolute disaster and there must be 50 clothing tag alarms going off and not a single person is doing anything about it. I will not ever be returning to this store.

hate this store. The line always takes 30 min AT LEAST and it’s got at least 10-20 people easy and 1 or 2 cashiers that work at a snails pace.
