Amazing to work with….. in the beginning but now we have waited since June 19 to get a refund and now it is November 21 and we still have not gotten it. That is definitely not lack of trying to get it back from them but they are not… They are not! Sending it back they keep saying it’s in the mail and I’ve never seen it come back.

Very reasonable price for storage I have 2 one unit and one open parking for my trailer and it's very affordable for me I do recommend this place

Don’t recommend using them. I paid faithfully for 2 yrs and moved away I paid someone to clean out my unit and 2 day into the month they still charged me for a whole month. Most place prorate it. Not them they aren’t fair

I have multiple units and have been a customer over 10 years. The new management team are lazy , unprofessional and incompetent. I had to spend 15 minutes digging out snow and when I advised the lazy pair the lady said "they do not clear next to the doors," Then the lazy man stepped out eating a bowl of something and said, "they are all like that." Well they are not all like that just a few units on the east side had snow blocking the doors. It was obvious he felt groundskeeping was not his job.I rent storage with the expectation that I can use it. I did not come during a snow storm, it was 3 days after the storm. I own 2 businesses and I would never treat customers like this. They should be fired. Take your business elsewhwere.

If you ever plan to have movers come to take your things and have it run smoothly, do not do it here. I had scheduled an arrangement 2 weeks in advance so that my movers could get in, get out and get on with their day. When moving day came, the movers told me that the staff didn't know where my key was. The staff began to yell at me over the phone, telling me she didn't have my key and after I had asked her to contact management and/or maintenance in order to get this issue resolved. I, ultimately, while on my way to my new location for moving, had to turn around and bring my spare key. This cost me an extra hour and a half of the mover's time. I had to pay the mover's an additional $150 but only requested $100 from the storage unit. When I requested Republic Storage to reimburse me for the lost time due to their lack of organization and communication amongst staff, they declined to reimburse me. The following day, they had my key. It was IN MY FILE THE WHOLE TIME! They wasted my time, their time and the movers time with their failure to act like a professional establishment. Instead of doing the right thing, they stole what was rightfully mine.
