My husband has nothing good about the service here. Can’t get your vehicle in for 4-6 weeks to be worked on is ridiculous for a major problem. He is not happy.

Took my vehicle in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation), they asked me if I wanted my car washed and I declined the two times they asked. I’m very particular when it comes to washing my car. Once my car was done, which was done sooner than they said it would be which was nice. I walked out to my car just to find out it was ran thru the car wash. I go back inside and talk to the lady at the desk and she looked shocked to find out it was. She made a call just to be told that management requires all cars to go through the car wash after maintenance. That’s not acceptable. I’ve never had this problem before. I know this doesn’t seem like a big issue for some but to me it is.

Upon arrival I was greated and my phone number was confirmed. I was told it would be 45min to an hour. After 2 hours I asked if my service was do e and the guy claimed to have sent me a text. I told him I did not receive it, and he told me the number he sent it to which was not the correct number. He never came to the lobby to say my truck was done even though I witnessed several other people get told theirs were done. The work it's self was done to my expectations. But the customer service was poor at best.

Dropped my 2019 ram off to have rear main seals done, and breaks done. Nick in service was great to work with and communicated with me while I was out of town to make sure it was taken care of properly.
