I was greeted as I walked in even though it was pretty busy. Even though I had to wait in line it went fairly quickly. Christopher helped me find the part I needed and I was on my way. The store is clean and they have so many parts. They even have stuff for trailers and recreational vehicles. Would definitely recommend if you need something for your car, truck, atv/motorcycle and small engine.

Guy behind the counter was a rockstar, I believe his name was James. Needed banjo bolts for some custom fittings and he spent like 30 min searching through a bunch of random bolts and hoses to find what I needed 10/10 service

I was there yesterday 9/30/24 at 4ish to a little after 5:30 and the assistant manager Ramon went extremely above and beyond what is expected. I was having issues with my blinkers and had no clue where to even start. But we went one by one trying everything we can think of to get them going again. He helped me out so much and I am so so so grateful for his help and I will forever be going to that location even if it’s a bit out of the way for me they have completely won me over! Thank you again Ramon.

Was told over the phone they could price match me $34 for a brake rotor. Went in and it’s $80. I’m annoyed this was the only store in the Valley that had what I needed, I drove an hour to get there, and now they “can’t price match it”. I get wanting to make money but at least keep your prices straight. RockAuto is better.

O'Reilly's has been my personal favorite auto parts franchise company for more than 35+ years. Sometimes, O'Reilly's has been able to provide competitive prices to original factory equipment prices.
