I've never had a problem with the staff before this trip. I really cant stand it when the person I'm dealing with acts like I'm an idiot. Kept telling me I was wrong and I needed to take my car to a mechanic. Little does he know I am very mechanically inclined and had already spoken to my mechanic friends about the issue. Anyways. Maybe remember ur job title and not so dam pushy. I wasn't very happy. And that was a first with this franchise.

Overall customer service is poor, well almost none at all. I went with a 90 year old man who was looking for a back-up camera to the store on 12th, apparently they had their delivery drivers putting out stock and no one would assist him. All they did was point it might be over there, or well I don't know where it is at.

Excellent Martin & I had to figured out how to put in the battery I have PT Cruise Turbo. That has really limited space to work with, so we had to watch a YouTube video on how to do it but him and I worked together to get the battery replaced. Everything's working great awesome, awesome people at O'reilly
