RUDE RUDE RUDE did not offer baby help AT ALL ( and I’m a female in a car part store). Four men working behind the counter all talking to a male customer about nothing even car related while I stood looking completely lost. Told them what I needed and got no help at all. Went in and out of the store probably 10 times trying to find the right bolt for my blower motor and could have walked out with all kinds of stuff if I wanted to and they wouldn’t have known or cared. Won’t return to that place ever again!

Hands down bad service in this store . They have no problem selling you the wrong part and trying to push the blame on the customer.

I ordered part from them their warehouse said that I could get my parts in 2 days but one day later they called me saying that the warehouse only had 2 of the four parts that I ordered but they were able to get me the rest of my parts for other place but it would be 4 more days for me to get the rest of my parts. I know that it was out of his control so I appreciated him looking for the rest of my parts.

Ben rung me out and provided awesome customer service. I've never shopped at Napa before, but I would certainly return. Give him a raise! It's rare to find people who really care.

This seems to be what I have come to expect from this place. Thurston was more worried about the T&A outside, he failed to actually get me the correct part... lights to be exact on a Fiat... he then told me that there were two bulbs per headlamp cost me 30 minutes of my time there are 70 dollars wasted.. now I have to go out of my way to go back to nampa to return the incorrect parts... as an FYI it took Oreillys 5 minutes to find my 500 L fiat in the system. THURSTON argued stating no model existed.... youre lucky I wasn't able to give you No stars.
