they had my car for assessment, ended up stealing my $300 bt speaker from the back seat and also ended up charging me a $200 tow fee which was supposed to be free which was why is was towed there for a $350 assessment only for them to not give me anything but a $950 fee for not letting them fix it

I have a BMW and it was leaking oil from hitting a tire, on the freeway, in the fast lane. It was to be paid by insurance company with full coverage. The end result turned out to be $934.00 of my own money to find out that a gasket was replaced and it was still leaking oil. I was told they would put a new housing on so the oil would leak anymore. I took it for granted that after keeping my car for a long period of time, the work was completed. The man behind the desk stated that the insurance company said the damage was not from me hitting a tire. I called USAA and was told they never went down there or said that on the phone. When I looked at the receipt to see the notes of work. It stated the oil leak was so bad he couldn't see what needed to be fix so slapped a gasket on and put it back together.I need to learn how to fix my own car and not waste money, time, and not being lied to and being scammed.

I would like to give a shout out to Napa Auto and Diesel repair. I drove over to Napa from Bothell Washington and had an issue with my EGT sensor putting my vehicle into limp mode.I called several places on the fly to see if they could squeeze me in since I was out of town and didn't know where to go.After going to several places,Rick from Napa Auto and Diesel repair squeeze me in and took care of the problem got me back on the road. I made it back to Bothell Washington with no problems. Want to thank those guys again for taking me on a short notice.

They squeezed me in which I appreciate. Naturally another problem arose when they were trying to fix my concern which happens. The issue I have so far is I was told on Friday that Monday afternoon should be done so I called Monday afternoon and they said the part they needed just came in as I called. They then told me should be Tuesday afternoon. So I called Tuesday afternoon and Mark answered and tells me they are closed since 3 because they are having a party. So I let him know they told me should be this afternoon (which is pretty messed up to quote someone knowing you close earlier in the afternoon that day but I digress). After telling mark that he then says "I'm just answering phones try again tomorrow" My 2 star rating is based on false expectations set and Mark not being very courteous or professional. There's my complaint. I'll revisit this review after work is complete and hopefully change it to positive rating ?Service: Electrical

If I could, I would give 0 stars for this place. They are a scam and all they want to do is take your money. I broke down on the side of the road over a month ago, the tow truck came to pick me up and said if they bring the car back to their company for them to fix it the tow would be free if they had to work on it for over two hours. About a week later i get a call saying they were finished. I asked how much the charge would be and they told me $628.00, and i verified and asked if that was all together repairs and labor, i was told yes. I went the next day after that to pick up my car. I get there and was told the price was $742.00. I asked why it went up because i was told a different price and they proceed to tell me that they gave me the "wrong information". So at this point i was a little upset that i was charged an extra $114 dollars but didn't really question it because i just wanted my car back. I leave with my car and only make it four blocks down the road when it starts to violently shack and then die on me. I would have wrecked my car if i was going any faster than i was going. At this point im very upset. I call them and say it broke down again i need a tow and i would like my money back since they didn't fix it. They wouldnt give my money back and said they would give me a call the next day to see what was wrong. Not only did they not give me a call back the next day, they dodged my calls and questions for a month. My boyfriend, moms boyfriend, and mom all aslo called and was all told the same thing over and over again. They will get the car in the shop and give me a call the next day. They never did until July 2nd i belive. They proceed to tell me it is fixed "for now" they recomend putting a for sale sign on before it brakes down again and they want to charge me another $356.00 for fixing it "for now" Then, I went about two weeks ago to pick up my car from the shop. I was informed and reassured my car was fixed. While driving it home (yes it made it, but barley) it started to act up again. I let it sit for a few days in fear of it breaking down again. Then I decided to drive it to the store about 7 miles from my house. It was hot out, and I was worried about turning on the AC so I rolled the window down on the driver's side. Well when i was pulling into the parking lot the car died on me. No warnings just completely shut down. I got it to turn back on and just decided to drive it back home. The engine light came on and it wanted to die every time i slowed down. Once I got it home I went to roll the window up and that wouldn't roll up. Keep in mind this was Saturday this week when this happened and we had a downpour of rain. I put a thick, black, garbage bag in the window but the inside of my car got soaked. So now the car is broke down still, the window wont roll up, and now it smells like mold. I paid $7000 for this car in October, this is the first problem it has had, and this shop has made it worse on my dime. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and they are denying it all when there is blatant proof. They said i knew about the problems and i knew there was computer issues before it even got to the shop. Last time i checked i was just a "hot headed girl" (owners words to my bf) and not a mechanic. How could i have known there was computer issues? They were supposed to to their job and tell me the problem and fix it. Problem not fixed, but hey they still got paid.....

Rick got it done! Was having an issue with my window not rolling up. The joint was slammed today but he was able to not only get it repaired but did so by the end of the day...he even stayed late so I could come and pick it up. I would recommend any diesel owner going in for service. Ask for Rick...he's the best!

I would give this so called business zero stars. This business is obviously in the business of scamming people. My son heard a knocking sound in his engine so he called a tow truck. He planned to have it towed to his normal mechanic. The tow truck driver told him that he he took it to their shop the tow would be free if there was 2+ hrs of labor and they could get it diagnosed right away. So he said ok. A day and a half later, he called to check for the third time for an upda
