I had money takin out of my account at a mountain america ATM and took a week to get back. I deposit my paycheck every two weeks and spent 6 hours yesterday trying to gain access to my funds. U
Your manager asks if I would like to pull out a loan and charge me interst and ruin my credit while you guys take your time releasing my money. I do not recommend you guys to any body and posting this as a review on Google. I've had nothing but trouble with you guys.

Mountain America is the best bank I have used. I have had many accounts with other banks but the people at the Nampa Idaho branch are courteous and attentive.

Went in with my sister today to get a card on an account fixed. was there about 15-20 minutes the employee was on the phone the whole time and didn't have any helpful information basically said the card was just locked forever. We spent enough time in there that we decided to leave and might even close our accounts there, after we mentioned that he said he would just call us with an update and my sister left her number. He never called and now where thinking about pulling the plug on 6 accounts we have there including a business account. There's been so many issues with using their cards and getting locked out its ridiculous and I thought their customer service was stellar at first and here I am changing my 5 star to a 1 star and possibly moving banks so we can use our hard earned money and not be locked from it.

Every time I go to my branch I have always been completely satisfied I love Mountain America because they always strive to give me the best service and I never leave unsatisfied they are the best bank I have ever dealt with and I would never consider leaving them for another bank.

Just had a great experience with Kayla! We called to inquire about refinancing our auto loan and I'm so glad she was the one to take the call. She answered all our questions and was very thorough. We were able to lower our rate and our payment and didn't have to extend the life of our loan. We will call Kayla the next time we have banking questions or needs!

Stay away. They charged me 250 in overdraft fees because I was negative in my account during a winter storm. Garbage bank.
