Came in late at night to get a truck washed before wrapping it, and the worker here was super chill!! Big shoutout to Curtis, he was working super hard and let me go through a couple times to get everything perfect. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!

So frustrated with this car wash. Been coming here for over 3 years and pay for the best package. That being said, my Tahoe never gets cleaned the way it should. I've gone through twice on several occasion and the back and side are still dirty. Therefore, I told my husband last week that I would be switching to bluebird car wash after visiting theirs and my car being fully cleaned. The following week I went to Mister car wash and was so excited to see that they were fixing things that have been broken for months, if not years considering we have been paying full price, but not getting the full service with everything always broken. Yesterday, I returned to mister car wash only to find out that now that they have finally installed new equipment (thinking now I'll get my moneys worth) they are now charging customers an additional $6 a month in order to cover their cost of fixing up their car wash. Why have I been paying full price all this time, when I have not received full service? And now that I'm finally getting the full service I've been paying for, they want to increase the price. Disgusting... I'll switch to Bluebird cuz mister car wash could care less about loyal customers and keeping the car wash up to par

Unfortunately, the staff complained that we used the wrong lane to get car washed! Be aware of it, there is the customer lane, where you pay monthly and the lane for visitors (the ones that come some times). The staff said, you are in the wrong lane! Also, no towels! So you get your car washed and now we have spotted marks all over due to the fact that we could not dry or wipe the car down. Come one, would please get some towels in this place?

Beware.... I canceled my membership, but left the sticker in the window. When I went in for a wash, the attendant asked me if I wanted to renew but I said no. I asked for the $10 wash and haven't been back since. I just found that the attendant renewed my unlimited pass and I've been paying for a service I haven't used for the last 9 months. Yes, I should have checked my receipt that day and I definitely should have removed the sticker from my window, but this is still a shady business practice.

Good wash although it broke down just before we went in but the gal came around and got it up and running in a timely matter. We have never had any other problems. We are thinking of becoming members.Service: Car waxing

They don't have rags to wipe down your car unless I missed them. I was hoping to be able to do that. The different wands were helpful to vacuum.

I just received the worst car wash of any Treasure Valley car washes I have used. It did not dry my car and by the time I got home the car looked worse than prior to my having it washed. Completely water spotted and the vacuums were weak. Cannot recommend this company.Services: Polishing

I go here because it’s convenient for my commute home. Won’t be going again. I denied when they asked for a tip and the gal at the kiosk said “wow”. Sarcasm or not that is a terrible response. Tips are for service workers; hotel staff, restaurant severs, beauticians, stylists, massage therapists and the like. the worker can go a little extra to be creative, more knowledgeable, caring, or detailed in their service and a tip is never expected but appreciated as it shows extra gratification for the service they provided.Pushing buttons and asking for a tip is a joke.
