This is the most pathetic shop I have ever been if I could give it a 0 I would. You had Alex who sold us our phones we simply asked for help transferring our info from old to new you would have thought we asked her to move a mountain anything we asked she had a if I have to attitude and she never completed helping me get my info from one phone to the next and I can't figure out how to use the app she was using. The other girl working named Janet was so busy talking to other people on her phone she didn't help anyone or answer the constant calls coming through. I will never return to this store and am considering leaving metro on account because of this. Get your act together people.

Highly recommend this metro location. I had a very difficult problem porting my number from another carrier. The guys here took there time and made extra phone calls for me to figure it out so I didn't lose my current number when switching. They figured it out and were super nice about it. I really appreciate them so much.

Daniel and alijah and Alan and Javier, are super awesome! They have the patience to deal with me.I've spoken to Metro customer service and they could not offer a solution to my faulty service. After several attempts I went in to the store and after trial and error. These knowledgeable men were able to pinpoint the problem.Special kudos to Alan, he went above and beyond and solved my problem. Thank you guys!

This location is one of the best locations I've ever been to. Staff is super friendly and helped me with all my needs.Alija even helped me with my Christmas shopping for my daughter and got me into a great tablet deal.Highly recommend this location

Maurcio (hope I spelled that right) was awesome. Hands down delivered 5 star service. I came towards the last 15 minutes before closing which usually people don't like. He was courteous, friendly and asked all the right questions to determine which phone would be a good fit for my son. He took his time, answered all my questions and made purchasing a new phone and activating a new line seemless. I will definitely be coming back to this location.
