I wish 100 stars was an option! This business epitomizes customer care, service, and satisfaction! For the past 2 years, I've had several services done on my home. Windows, roof, water, heater, and carpet. Not once was the job done right the first time, the product correct or worth even paying for. I've also had my stuff broken or damaged from 2 HOA cheap lawn services. I take care of my own lawn now and ultimately lead to how I luckily encountered these amazing folks. My lawn was a mess, and McKellip helped me in every way, making my lawn beautiful and way better than ever. Their sod is premium quality, the office ladies are remarkable, and 2 fellas I either spoke to or loaded my sod were great! I did this job myself on the hottest weekend of the summer... my luck, and know without a doubt would have failed had I not been well informed every step of the way. I swear I have costly PTSD. It's a damn shame you don't get what you pay for anymore, and superior or even adequate customer service is a rarity.THANK YOU TO THE MCKELLIP CREW!...For your excellence!!!!!!!!can't believe I'm so darn happy about this experience, especially since I felt near death after the final roll was laid!

We purchased sod from McKellip the same day our builder brought sod from Cloverdale Nursery to patch the common area. The Cloverdale sod looked more lush and green but cost $1 more per roll. We ended up using a couple of leftover Cloverdale rolls on our lawn which has provided a nice comparison of the two “brands” over time. It has been a couple of months now and the McKellip sod is looking much nicer and we’re so glad we used them. Better price and better product in my opinion. In the pic you’ll see the Cloverdale sod on the left and the McKellip on the right.

Didnt follow directions as to where to put the pallets of sod. Put it on the wrong side of the driveway. Very inconvenient and easily avoidable (follow the directions the customer gives you)

Deleted old review and added a new one.We got sod from them about 2 years ago and it was a great experience.They are super super nice people.We needed to sod again, about 2,100 sf, so we called and asked the same questions I did before but this time, we would need it delivered.We live in Weiser and they wont deliver out here :/And, last time, we got a military discount, now, they only do it for active duty...
