My paperwork had gate 2 for delivery instructions. Gate 2 is closed area under construction. Use gate 3 on Madison rd. I delivered 21 pallets unloaded in 26 minutes. 8 am app checked in at 7:00 am.

The entrance to this place is not ideal. Usually I sit at the gate with my trailer end still on the street, blocking traffic. An accident waiting to happen. Also there’s been construction going on in 2023 and the road that I usually use to pull up to the entrance has a detour sign with no instructions how to enter the facility.

Good site, once entry and check in was figured out.....Would like to see a pedestrian gate by the shipping docks so if we wanted to order something local through UberEats, delivery would be easy... just saying....

Avoid this place! They will hold you here for the whole day for loading! Very poor service, people rude, don’t even tell you when they gonna start loading you.

If there would be negative stars i would have given -10 . They don’t care about you, they will load you when they are about to finish their shift . Had very bad experience , checked in by 7 Am checked out 3 pm .Date July 2023
