I met little man 10 years ago just so happen my car broke down right by his shop. I will not take my car to any other mechanic, my kids my friends and my kids friends all use little man Auto Care.

Brett and his team at Little Man Auto Care are top notch in quality of work and service. My wife and I made an appointment with them to look at her car and they were quick to get in contact with us as to what was wrong with the vehicle. Our vehicle was repaired and ready the same day. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
After taking our vehicles to Little Man the last 5 years we will not be returning. They have really gone down hill and we have had nothing but issues the last 2 years. We have had the water pump and timing belt replaced 5 times in only 30k miles, says it should last 100k mi, but still goes out every year. Last year I asked him to use OEM parts and he was rude and assured me the parts they use are good, well it needed to replaced again 2 months later. Thankfully he did the work that time without charging us, he said he used the OEM parts I requested in the first place, but we will see if it actually holds up this time. Also last year we started having issues with the power steering. They replaced the pump for over $800 in Aug, started having issues again in Nov so they charged us another $1500 to replace the whole system. It still didn’t seemed fixed and was still making the noise that it would start making when it needed repairs, took it back and were told it was fine. Well we looked into trading in our car and were told that the power steering needed to be fixed. We took it to another mechanic and sure enough the pump needs to be replaced again, it was never properly fixed it was doing the same stuff the whole time even though we were told it was in working order. Their work is shoddy and they don’t own up to it. We are out thousands of dollars and spent all our savings to have a car that’s not even fixed. I don’t trust them anymore and won’t be going back. Thanks a lot for nothing.
