I have very mixed emotions. I spoke to the owner before making the reservation and explained that I had found his link to a service to remove oxidation from my RV and then wax an polish. He explained that he did not provide that service any more that he did have a wash, wax and polish that does a pretty good job of restoring the finish. I felt that this was a good option and was not in any way looking for a "return to new" outcome.
2 tech showed up about 11 and began to wash. After washing they explained to me that they were concerned by the amount of oxidation on one side. They called the owner and he told them to do no waxing or buffing, however they still charged me for the wash.
To be honest, I feel that there should have been an assessment before they did any chargable work do determine if they could polish and wax, mainly because I would never have agreed to the quote for just a wash...I can easily was the RV....to be honest I fell like this was not a good outcome on the RV.
I did also have them do a full exterior detail/wash/wax on my 2021 Ram....it turned out beautiful.
Now for the really bad news. They used an oil based tire treatment on both my truck and RV, which resulted in very large oil stains in my drive way......I am NOT happy!!! As professional detailers they should have applied the product with a sponge, not a spray....I feel they should have known better.
I did call it out to the tech before she left and she make an effort to wash it off, but you cannot simply wash oil out of concrete!
I would give them 0 stars for the RV and 4 stars for the truck (would be 5 stars if not for the oil in my driveway)

Wow! What an amazing job Corey and Kelsie did on our RV. This was the BEST detail we have gotten since we bought it. They were on time, very professional and did the entire 39' in about 4 hours. I highly recommend this company for auto detail. We are having them come back to do our 3500 Ram.

$225 to clean the interior! They used something oily so my hands slide on the steering wheel. Dangerous! I can't get the passenger seat to move back so if you sit in it you are very close to the dash board. The whole interior is oily! Not good or safe.
