We came here this evening and the guy who was working was so rude to us and other customers it was not acceptable customer service at all and we have been coming here for ever

Lakeshore market is the best gas station and convenience store I've been to. They're kind and personable and always consistent which is rare especially for a family owned and operated business. Raaj and his son take care of you as if they've known ya for a lifetime

Heard multiple things about how rude the people that work here AND the owner are. I personally experienced how rude they are today. They have bad attitudes, you are an inconvenience to them and you annoy them. This market is nothing special and i am a native to this area so i would be the person who would want this long standing market to stay in business.With the way they treat their customers.... that is not Idaho values and they should be avoided and hopefully when they lose so much business they will stop acting like we are a huge inconvenience to them.It's everybody who works there. Literally. Shop somewhere else let these guys struggle.

Nearly a daily customer myself I simply do not comprehend some of the negative reviews associated with this store or its staff.I've always been received and helped in a friendly, courteous manner by ALL employees......including the owner.I'm also a local resident ( Melba ) and would rather frequent this establishment over the " big box" convenient store corporate chain of push you through like cattle by " virtual " customer service drones.

They really really great people now that it's a new owner...... Really appreciate them and how they re-did the store.. it looks amazing. I've never had a problem with the owner or his family.... I go in that store everyday.

If there were -100 stars this place would get it. I came in to grab a few things for easter jusg moved to the area. I asked to use the bathromm was told it was foe customers only. I said thats fine. Went to use the bathroom and wqs in there for 3 mins before the rude clerk little blond girl in her late 30 mid 40s come beating on the door saying theres a limit on the barbroom. I said ok and went to wqsh my hands and again like 45 secs to a min later she back beating on the door telling me she needed me to exit the bathroom... i didnt eben buy anything .... after that i just walked out the store. Do NOT shoo here
