Dressing rooms were so dirty, they were stinky. Floors had dust, dirt, and clumps of hair. Clothes strung over the floors and chairs. Not a single room had been tended to. Prices are marked up so much that even when on sale, they’re not really on sale. $48 for a pair of Juniors Unionbay pants that you can get on the Unionbay website for $32. Items are disorganized and in the wrong place causing price discrepancies at the register and leading to other customers having to wait in line longer. They only have one register open and had to call someone up to open another. Unless it’s for an Amazon return, I will not be shopping at Kohl’s anymore.

Same brand and style but different colors and both apparently on clearance but just the 2 boxes actually aren't on clearance.

Couldn't find not one sales clerk for help finding what I was looking for. Other than a cashier. Was looking for a mens long sleeve turtle neck or mock turtle neck. It's the middle of winter, January, and there was none to be found, at least I couldn't find any. Plenty of t-shirts though. I imagine the new line of swimsuits will be here in March. Geez

The floor associates were amazing. I ended up asking three different ones for directions and the associate checking me out was absolutely amazing. Alice is number one as a checker very pleasant and friendly. She made sure all my gift cards and awards were entered. Thank you Alice.

It seems as though Kohl's is....changing.
Messy racks and dressing rooms. The active wear area is pretty limited now. Very few checkers.

The store is huge and it has a great men's section along with everything else however, the prices are way too high. I could barely afford anything. This store could be so much more. Their were plenty of so called sales but the prices were just way too high. Please, if you can get some better sales and maybe you'll attract more customers. You have great items.
