Not very happy about my experience today. Could not find the product I have purchased in the past--possibly discontinued or just not an in-store item any more. The check-out lines were long--only one cashier. Then my usual contact number was not recognized. Now when I go on-line to give my feedback, the store that I purchased products from showed a different Kohl's than the one I shopped in.

More cashiers please! I've been here 3 times in the last month and EVERY TIME, there is 1-2 cashiers trying to get through a dozen people waiting in line. The gal at the register mentioned teens working here that call in and leave them hanging. Mist be paying minimal wage to be hiring unreliable people. Please work on this!

Poorly staffed took for ever to get help. Associate was nice and very accommodating but took for ever to get anyone to help us.

I always enjoy my trip to Kohls. It's peaceful and I can usually always find what I went for. Im getting ready to put on a new mattress cover, new sheets and 4 new pillows on my bed. I'm so excited. Thank you Kohls

Kohl's needs to make it easier to cancel your orders and change the time line to do so. I needed to cancel my order it took me a hour to see how to do so and it wouldn't let me cancel online so I called customer service to find out you only have 30 minutes to cancel your order it was so hard to find out how to cancel the order.

I needed a few summer shirts. We wandered around, stepping over clothing that people had draped over displays or dropped on the floor. I couldn't find what I wanted so we left.
