Very clean, safe, and great location. This facility overall an A++ experience. They have affordable prices and have the best customer service. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has any kind of storage need. It really is a good choice. And it has gate access 24/7.

I had a storage there and I always made sure to pay it but one time I ended up having my baby which him and I were life flighted to seattle washington. I have been there ever since (3 months) with my son being in the NICU. I've been unable to work and I asked for help from them to be a little patient due to my situation, the manager said no but said I had up until valentines day to pay it even though that was the day it was being auctioned off. the day before and the day of valentines I tried reaching the office or someone to be able to pay it since I was able to come up with everything they wanted which was 200.00 in fees on top of my late rent. No one answered or returned my calls until after it was already auctioned off so I lost everything I had from as a child, everything I ever had for my kiss. my whole life just auctioned off because no one would answer the phone. the lady called me back just to let me know it had already been auctioned off. I have nothing left at all and no way to start over at this point. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I love this place! I have had many storage units all across the west coast and this place makes me feel so welcomed and safe! Julie is the absolute best and whenever she is there I feel in good hands! I have had two units at this same facility and will continue my business with them as long as things don’t change!

My rent was $87.00 then after they said I was late and charged me $222.00 twice and a 3rd even after i went in to sign papers for auto pay. After that they started charging $187.00 with out a email or call. Now they put $9.00 insurance on my unit so my rent is $197.00. I'm sure they will charge a fee for when I leave. So $87.00 to $197.00 in just a years time.

Loved how helpful Debbie was and how getting a unit was easy and was able to get everything ready for my move. Debbie is very professional and helped make moving things into a storage easy! If I ever need a storage again I know exactly where to go and who I want helping me.
