My journey began with Karen in internet help, who I came across when just poking around Kendall Nampa;s Kia site, who asked all the right questions, then said she had some ideas! She pulled up some vehicles not yet listed, that would meet my needs! She then connected me to my salesman Jay! Jay was SUCH A BIG HELP! They found the vehicle for me, and although I began with a new car search, I ended up with a barely used vehicle, that had everything I needed! I live 2 hours away, so this process was continually on the phone and via email with both of them. Jay continually outlined everything, each email was complete with all I needed to do. When I was ready to go down and finish off the purchase, EVERYTHING was in order as I expected, there was NO pressure for adding this, that and the other ... that I didn't need or want, financing was quick and clear. The entire experience which extended to about 3 weeks, was everything I could have hoped for. I will go to Kendell again, should I ever want another Kia (which I love btw). Thank you Karen and Jay and the team at Kendall Kia in Nampa!

Wow! That is the simple word that comes to mind in regards to Kendall Kia of Nampa. Recently I had to take my Kia in for an unexpected repair. It could have easily been an awful experience. Everyone was very friendly and professional, but I have to give major credit to Wes! He went so above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were taken care of. When several bumps came along during the process, he went to bat to make sure everything turned out right in the end. We’ve loved our car from time of purchase, but the continued high standard of quality and service from people like Wes, have made us loyal customers for all our future vehicle needs.

I would highly recommend Kendall KIA of Nampa. We had a time and day scheduled and they knew we were from out of town. They pushed our car through as fast as they could! We were in and out in less than an hour. They also helped us with a weird smell in our vents! They have amazing customer service and are very nice and easy to work with!

Awesome experience with the service advisors, and I can honestly say they have some of the most knowledgeable technicians ready to address any issues my car may have! I truly am impressed by the quality of work they do and wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else!

To start with it took 3 full months before they could get my car in for warranty work to get done, a 3 hours job. The appointment was for 10 o'clock they kept my car all day till 4:30 pm, then I was told that the cost was $100.00 deductible but when I got home and looked at the invoice I was billed $219.00 I had to go back to dealer to make it right. Thus 1 star!!!!

Great customer service from the very beginning from checking in to checkout.That was not the case in the beginning when Kendall took over in Nampa. That's why we did not go back then for our service checks , like oil changes.

I made the appointment with Kendall Kia to get our van serviced and my phone number was listed first. Because my husband was with me the second phone number listed was used and I was totally ignored. My husband signed and paid for the work order, after the service was completed. The wrong door was serviced and we were charged $70. I read it , after going home. Guess what? The rear door is not the door on the right side behind the passenger seat. (The person taking down this information did not type in my explanation that was given to her over the phone, even though I repeated it 3 times.)There was no where to park our other car to pick up our van. Questioning the parking situation, I was told that all of the cars in front of the service building were waiting to be serviced. Not only that, some of the customers had not picked up their vehicles for 2 weeks. In order to get our van an employee went around the parking lot honking the horn to try to find our van. When I returned to address these issues a full refund was given. Later I washed the car and noticed some white grease on the body of the van. Upon further inspection the white grease placed on the wrong door was sloppily completed. My husband cleaned up the mess left. We will be going to Meridian to get our van fixed. We were so disappointed in the overall experience in Nampa.

I purchased my car new from Edmark and have religiously returned to the dealership every 5000 miles for service. I had noticed a decline in service once the dealership was sold to Kendall but it seemed to be getting better recently. When I took my KIA Sportage in for the 90,000 mile service I was told services that should have been done at 60,000 miles were not completed and my current service in order to catch up would cost me approximately $1,400.00. I was also told that since my tires had not been aligned properly, my back tires were running on cords and I needed to buy a new set of tires. I recently retired and this additional expense was very unwelcome.I am a woman who has put her trust into Edmark and now Kendall KIA to advise me about service for my vehicle. I feel I was ill-advised regarding service at 60,000 miles and about alignment of my tires. It makes me wonder what other ill-advised services have happened in the past. My trust for Kendall disappeared in that moment. I was given a discount on the 90,000 mile service which I am grateful for. However, I did put a call into the service manager and never received a response. $2000.00 later, I have decided to never buy another vehicle from Kendall. I am advising others about my experience.

The service department is terrible, came in for an APPOINTMENT today and they told my husband that they were fully booked and we needed to reschedule so he did. But in every interaction we’ve had with them they’ve been extremely rude to me and my husband and I don’t know how you can be fully booked to the point that you can’t service someone with an APPOINTMENT! Me and my husband will never try and use Kendall Kia again, the only reason we went to them for service was because our car has a manufacturer’s warranty, once that expires Kendall Kia can expect to never see us again.

Recently I bought a Kia Sedona and I had some questions about service so I called Kendall Kia today for answers. The lady who helped me today was named Shelby and I want to take a minute to praise her for her excellence. I had several complicated questions, and she very patiently and attentively listened as I described them. Then she began to seek the answers I needed from various other people at the dealership. As a faithful employee she tried to schedule me for service, but even when it was clear that I was not ready just yet to do that she continued to serve me with the same courtesy and helpfulness. Throughout the whole process Shelby treated me as if my needs were important and my time was valuable. I will be scheduling service at Kendall in the near future and it's because of the impeccable service and attention that I received today from Shelby. I hope that the senior staff at Kendall recognizes what a gem they have in this fine young person and rewards her accordingly. 5 stars for Shelby! ??????

Martine in service department is a liar & has issues with doing warranty work on vehicles. It took 3 weeks to get my car repaired & and only half the job was done. He blatantly lied to my face about ordering parts, warranty coverage, and what he said in front of myself and my aunt. I reported him to the assistant general manager (Chris) and Martine was twice as rude after the manager spoke to him. He had ordered a gasket I was to pay for out of pocket ($501) - and refused to install it. He lied and said I didn’t request it - when I had. He called my warrant company twice - to see if the part was covered - and then claimed there was no part to be installed! Well, why did you call - if I didn’t want the service done? And he made no attempt to order the part and reschedule installation. The worst customer service I have ever had from a car dealer.
