I was the pain in the butt customer who rescheduled my first appointment (showed up a day too early), completely missed the second appointment and then finally showed up for the 3rd. So for everyone in your facility to still treat me with respect is so appreciated! Good Job guys. The communication was excellent, as well! Even while it was being worked on, I received updates,which most places wouldn't go to that extent

Nathan provided outstanding service. He was professional and thorough. The service history on my 2011 suburban with 154,000 miles was checked and all recommended maintenance services were up to date. The scheduled oil change, tire rotation and replacement of wiper blades were done in a timely manner while I waited. My brakes were identified as being in need of replacement in the near future. I elected to schedule this for the following week, but they were willing to squeeze me in the day I was there. I have been extremely pleased with this dealership where I purchased my suburban and have had a services done.

Customer service was on point! From the service advisor the the service manager. Very professional and informative. I’d honestly have to say that I haven’t had the best feeling about my truck since I needed to have my engine replaced under warranty with only 34k but after asking a bunch of questions and getting answers without a doubt it’s put my mind at easy to the point where I’m not actively looking to replace my truck. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone that asked!

Jayson took care of us when we got stranded on a road trip with a bad wheel bearing. He went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and on the road as soon as possible. I really appreciate the effort and service the whole team made in welcoming us on a busy morning. Jayson dealt with our ext warranty co which took a lot of time and though frustrating, he was patient and followed through to make sure the job got done for us! Thank you.

Overall I had a great experience with Kendall dealership. The only issue I had was that the sales representative forgot a special request. I asked him not to drill any holes on my front bumper because I was going to wrap it with clear Braw and they did make holes. I was so disappointed. I guess I have to remind them again and again next time.

We bought a new truck here yesterday and were treated very well. Our salesman, Jay Dugger, was just the best. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and there was no pressure! Which we really appreciated. Quick for what work was preformed. They promised an hour and easily completed minutes before the car was due. I just went for an oil change but to my surprise they also rotated tires, preformed a 12 point safety inspection. They also washed my car. They did recommend tires in the near future, but did not try to sell me anything. The service personnel were uniformed and neat and tidy. I have dreaded trips to car dealerships. The feeling of being held captive until the car, truck or accessories are finally owned by you.Anyway Kendall is different, special and personnel are truly dedicated to deliver their customers a pleasant visit in their lounge. If ever in need of a car or truck I would definitely return to Kendall for my purchase.

Customer service at its best!! My experience didn't end with Kendall trying to sell me anything, just the opposite. I went for complimentary oil change but when completed I was handed the checklist of service items such as fluids, tire pressure, rotated tires, a warning my tread was worn and to be thinking about new tires soon. Watching the friendly and helpful staff work like a well oiled machine was pleasing. I hadn't noticed till I got home that they took the time to wash my car for me also. I paid top dollar for the car, but being treated as if I were their only customer made me feel special. I did get a modern, fuel efficient and reliable car. Thank you Kendall!!

I called a day before asking for a credit check for a specific truck, they said that they would get back to me asap with the results. the next day comes and still haven't heard from them so i called again, they told me to come on in and we can get it figured (they know I live 2 hours away). When I get there (had to pay for a ride) they take me to Brandon (the one from the phone call) and he immediately blows us off to another representative. the new rep takes us out to the middle of the lot only to find out that the truck that we wanted wasn't even there. he then tried to direct us to the used auto dealer because he thought that would be more our price range (never told him how much I would/ wouldn't be able to afford). he then walks away leaving us In the middle of there lot. I wanted to know if I would be able to pull anything out of the lot other than the truck, so I go back into the dealership and asked Brandon what I would be able to pull out with a 9k deposit. he then proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't be able to pull anything from this dealership because I don't have good enough credit, in front of everyone that was in the dealership that day. they made me feel like I wasn't worth their time. The next day want to ruby mountain motors and pulled out my dream truck with no issue.

Overall the experience was fine. The manager was very helpful and is implementing some changes that should help. The process of making my appointment and getting a call back about a proper size rental was an issue but got it figured out. For most part everyone is kind, but some could have better attitudes when helping customers instead of making them feel like an inconvenience.

I'd give half a star if I could. We were sent to the Kia service center with the idea that they were the only ones who could do the work we needed on or 2008 Rondo. We told them the issue, they told us they needed to install a new fuel pump... and then $1500 and one week later, we picked up our car. We didn't even get it home before the check engine light went back on, and the issue we told them about still happened. At this point, we didn't trust them with our car, so we took it elsewhere. Turns out, it likely never needed a new fuel pump. They just wanted our money. Wish we would have gotten a second opinion before we had the work done. I will never deal with them again.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Kendall Auto Mall. I went in to buy out my lease and I was honestly a wreck about it. I originally leased my vehicle before the pandemic and my life changed drastically. My sales rep and the finance person I worked with were calm and brought me back down to earth with zero judgment. I TRULY appreciate the care and consideration that they showed and I will definitely be returning if I need a new car and will recommend Kendall to my friends and family!

Branden and the Kendall auto team were awesome to work with. We purchased the Yukon over the phone as we do not live in Idaho. Branden handled the paperwork and financing for us during the week before we drove up on the following weekend to pick up the car. It was a seemless and pain free process. I would recommend Brandon and the rest of the Kendall auto team if you are looking for a new car!

Today I visited Kendall Auto Mall for service on our 2021 Buick Envision. What a great experience, from check in to check out was great. Even came with a car wash. The other Buick dealer in the Treasurer Valley could take some customer service lesson from Kendall Auto Mall service department. I will now take our Buick to Kendall Auto Mall for service and warranty work. Thank you Jose.
