Very easy experience. First time buying a vehicle where I had to fly in and drive home. Jay picked us up at the airport and went over everything on the vehicle.
Jossue had all the paperwork ready and we were in and out in less than an hour. Will tell many people about this experience.

We were doing a search on the internet for the car of my choice. We were contacted within minutes of sending a request online. Everyone was very professional, friendly and super helpful! Ronnie is a great person to deal with. He really listened to what we wanted and made sure it was provided to the best of his ability. He even responded to my inquiries on his day off! My husband took our awesome GMC Sierra 2500 HD AT-4 truck in for preventative maintenance on 8/20, 6 days ago. Just over 64K miles on it. Owned for over 2 years, never once had an engine light or any concerning light come on until now. Drove up to the mountains for an enjoyable camping trip only to have our check engine light come on. In their defense, our camper may have caused the engine light to appear. At minimum, we found our oil overfilled and blacker than the oil in my inlaws 3500 GMC that is due for an oil change. And yes, diesel oil is darker than a gasoline powered engine. But what explains the overfill? Which ca. Cause engine damage. We believe, at minimum, they performed a negligent oil change that cost us over $1300.00 and possibly engine damage due to their negligence. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is not the first time they've royally messed up. In the past they have offered free oil changes to remove my bad review, thankfully, completely owning the mistakes they made. But this crosses the line. We plan to own this truck for years to come, but if we let Kendall Auto Mall service our vehicle, I don't think that will be reality.
We will be requesting a refund of funds and will NEVER be back. Extremely disappointing. We wish them nothing but blessings and pray they have more integrity than their workmanship. But hwo can you trust this type of service? We have lost all faith in Kendall.
Again, in Kendall's defense, the engine light MAY be due to a trailer connection.

I drove over 9 hours one way to get this truck. The perfect truck with the right options and the best deal as well. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Kendall dealerships and am always pleased. Tyler (sales manager) is awesome. Chase was my salesperson and took care of everything quickly and efficiently to make sure my deal was right. Followed up with email and pics and got all docs from me in advance for my out of town visit. Love the new truck.
