“I went in here on Sunday to have my Grandma's ring looked at this ring is very special to me. As she recently passed and it is the only item of hers that I inherited. She wore it every day of her life for at least twenty five years that I remember. The woman helping me handled my Grandma's ring with care from the beginning she could tell how special that ring was to me. They gave me a quote on fixing the leaf engraving and sizing the ring up. Not only was there pricing reasonable, but the way they treated me made me feel like they cared and like I am a special asset to the company to be bringing my ring in there. I have yet to drop my Grandma's ring off to have it sized because I'm only sad about the timeline of getting it back. But this is probably where I will go simply. Because they have been nothing but amazing to me compared to the other jewelry stores.”
