I was at Jackson's 100 in Nampa. As i proceeded to buy a lottery ticket, Ben, who was eating a sandwich said someone would be with me soon. the other cashier decided to sweep the floor instead. i tapped my lottery ticket on the counter ( i do this at times, not to be rude though) Your manager asked me not to do this, as he thought it was rude, and that i was trying to get to him???. Both of your cashier, and manager (Ben) have behaved rude to not only myself, but others at times i've done business there. i also asked what number the lottery ticket was on, and he proceeded to tell me it was not his job to give me that information. I handed him the lottery ticket and asked to a 10$ one as mine was a 10$ one, he asked me to leave as he handed me my lottery ticket plus the one he handed me from casheir stock, he neglected to charge me for it, i told him he had a real problem, and he refused to even sell me anything. this occured 3-23-24 @11:30ish. Never has anyone treated me this rude. we buy not only gas, lottery tickets,... and i hope no one else is treated as i was treated. Customer service was very poor!

Made a late night stop.on the way out of town. Friendly staff and fellow customersFound a couple items on clearance sale. We didn't know they had clearence on soda and sports drinks.

The two lady's on shift are amazing! Katy And Indy i think they're names were, i was having a really bad day and they're customer service and friendlyness had me leaving giggling and smiling. I don't really live close to this Jackson's but i will now go out of my way just to experience that level of customer service!I feel like most Jackson's just try to get you in and out as quickly as possible and none of the others really even have employees that seem to care about they're job.Whereas at this Jackson's #62 the lady's not only care about they're jobs, but they also care about the customers!I wish i could have thanked them better...

Older lady with black hair is ALWAYS RUDE. She has a TERRIBLE attitude and should NOT be working in customer service. She needs an attitude adjustment and to find a different place of employment. Used to come to this location all the time and they will no longer be getting our business because of her. Hopefully you guys can either fix her attitude or let her go.

Went in to use the restroom I don't like to use the restroom without buying something so I got some candy the cashier was very rude when the female cashier came out from the back she was nice and complemented my hair I smiled said thanks the guy cashier said "can I smell it, wanna smell it" I was like ummm no that's crossing a boundary why would you ask someone that... Then became very rude and very uncomfortable! thank you to the lady who was working she apologized on his behalf after siding with me on boundaries

Tonight one of your employees, Maria or Marie I can't remember, saved me and my two daughters by putting gas in my tank! When most people would say no or hesitate she was willing to do it without a second thought. She is the beauty this world needs more of. I went in with low hopes expecting to leave and try again somewhere else but she showed me I don't have to gave that mindset because there are people out there that will help you out when you're in need!
