So we went to this small dealership today to look at a vehicle that was marked “branded title” on Facebook as being very Skeptical on the whole thing we decided to go and check it out. When we arrived we were greeted by a gentleman named Rocky he invited us inside answered any questions we had took us to the vehicle set up a test drive the vehicle ran great and was in great condition. Upon our return we asked to see the Carfax Rocky walked us through everything on it and educated us on the branded title situation. Rocky was the most helpful and honest salesperson I think we’ve ever dealt with making us feel VERY comfortable with the vehicle and options to purchase. As we have still not purchased a vehicle still weighing our options I would definitely feel comfortable purchasing from Rocky and impact motors in the future. Definitely a little hidden gem in Nampa for a car dealership I would recommend them to anyone.

Worst place ever. Went to look at a black Chevy Silverado 2017 I applied for a load with them told me they would get a hold of me in a few hrs called the nxt day witch was on a Friday told me that the ppl at the bank where busy that they would get a hold of me in a few hrs and nothing called back he said that the load bank was busy with other customer that on Monday they would call so waited. Monday came around and nothing so I called back he said that they was work on my it. Hrs go by I called again and he tells me dat his detail guy witch is he son "is what he told me" that was taking the truck to wash but crashed the truck from the truck that they was going to fix it and asked if I still wanted it a said yes reminder I feel in love with the truck. He said he would call me. So it's been about 2 weeks and I been calling to find details about the truck and they DO NOT ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS WORST PLACE EVER WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE GOING THERE EVER!!!!

Neal at Impact Motorz is top notch. We were looking hard at a vehicle that was for sale there but after a few items didn't check out (that they discovered) on the vehicle, Neal did not feel good about selling the car. He was very transparent about the issues and wanted to make sure the vehicle was mechanically sound before he would be comfortable selling it. We ended up not buying from them but we would definitely consider buying from them in the future! Great job Impact Motorz for being a reputable company and doing the best you can to do the right thing!

Very good buying experience. Rocky was very helpful and met me after hours on a Saturday evening when I needed a truck and had to get back on the road. Also they worked with a credit union and got me a very low interest rate for a used truck. I will be checking with them when I need my next truck! Thanks Guys!!

Went to look at a Beautiful 2008 Ford Explorer Limited with only 83,000 miles listed on Facebook after messaging Rocky a couple times with no response. Salesman was quick tp assist us and very polite. After starting the truck we noticed the odometer showed over 200,000 miles. Disappointing experience for my lady and me with this tiny used car lot. They dropped the ball with us.
