This credit union lacks integrity and knowingly breaks the law. They have harassed a customer by blocking him from accessing his social security income. Even after being informed that coming in to the bank would cause him great difficulty, they didn't care. When he did show up they broke every promise they made on the phone, made him stand there while they spoke on the phone revealing his personal information to everyone in the lobby, and refused to release his only source of income. He politely has requested to speak to the legal department and has been denied four times. They admitted on the phone that they know they have no legal right to keep him from his money has he has no debt with the bank, no loans, no outstanding account balance, yet they continue. He has had others try and advocate for him with no success. As soon as I let them know that we have filed a complaint with the Department of Finance they cleared the block on his account. They knew how to fix the issue for months, but did not communicate the steps he could take so that they could continue to break the law. This bank is not to be trusted.

Customers are not able to withdraw cash from their ATM machines it says machine is temporarily out of service but it's more than 3 months that they are not letting you to withdraw your own money I tried Nampa location Kuna and Boise but you can deposit that's so disappointing and they are aware of it.

Not a day goes by where I don't thank my lucky stars that I had the wisdom to open an account at Idaho Central Credit Union on 3rd Ave. in Nampa. They offer great interest rates for CDs and saving accounts and have extraordinary customer service. The entire staff is friendly, competent, and thorough.I have had the good fortune to work with Loren B. who is an excellent financial services officer. She has a work ethic like we use to see in the “old days.” Loren has a deep knowledge of ICCU's banking protocol and has handled a myriad of financial transactions for me without a hitch. She is an absolute gem of a person and is indicative of the high level of customer service that ICCU delivers to its members. You cannot go wrong banking with ICCU.

TIMOTHY WAS THE NICEST LOAN OFFICER EVER. THANK YOU. I’ve been under so much stress from the debt on my Apple Card that never seems to end. Timothy guided me through the whole process of applying for a loan, while at the same time answering all my questions and educating me on how everything works. Very friendly and warm person, really made my experience fantastic and placed this branch in a positive light (I really missed my old branch back in meridian where I lived).From a more general perspective of the branch, the lines are pretty long and this place is always busy, but the employees are quick to get things done and generally friendly. And of course, the more specified staff are great as well.

Our experience with Loren B was top notch! My husband and I needed multiple things done when we went to the bank and Loren was informative and patient when helping us with our accounts and answering all our questions. She was also very understanding of the fact that our 1 year old daughter who was with us was having a rough day. I can't speak about other employees or tellers, but if I need anything else I will definitely reach back out to her!

Every time I try to use the ATM at these credit unions they're shut down. Then when I try to call them I have to sit on hold for 16 minutes or more waiting for someone somewhere to answer the phone that's not at the branch I'm trying to call.

When did they stop teaching cash handling and cash etiquette? Got another small bill order and cash is all different directions. Used to be common courtesy, but now it's bare minimum effort.

Wish 0 stars was an option. This is easily the worst ran ICCU in the valley. They are extremely slow and their staff is questionable at best. It seems like they hire anyone there because the employees working there are very unprofessional and have no idea what customer service is. You will be waiting out the door at this ICCU they take forever and I will never be going back I will drive across town to avoid having to go to this location again.. get some new management and hire normal people I'm tired of all the gen z fruit cakes you people are hiring these days a middle aged guy shouldn't have a lisp like that and be flamboyant and weird. Strangest bank experience to date... Hate hate hate this location

Overdraft fees are almost as much as a regular bank. Asked for one to be removed because my account was overdrawn less than 24 hours, was denied and the representative was unnecessarily rude.

My wife went to the atm with my card to deposit a check for me while I was away on business, had some problems at the atm just to have the card taken from her by someone named Andrea. So disrespectful and such bad customer service.

Just signed up with them and am already VERY unhappy with their service. Never have I been told by a business that while you are there before closing and request a service that they won't stay 15 min after they lock the doors to help a customer.

If it weren't for the representative that helped me, things would have been a mess. Reilly was very sweet and patient with the whole situation but I'm growing tired of ICCU's practices and how they decide to handle things. One person says one thing, another says differently and no one's notes match up causing more confusing and time wasted.
