Candi is by far the least competent tax professional there is. I have been trying to file an amendment for 6 (3/30) days now, tax professionals fault. Have sent over 10 messages to be ignored. Scheduled a new appointment with a new tax professional, just to have Candi retake it over call me and assure me that she would have it taken care of and sent for approval on 4/3 just to have it being 4/5 and still have heard nothing. I'm done calling to leave a message when it goes nowhere. I've been told shed call after a client 3 times now.

I have been going to Candy at H&R Block for a few years now. I will continue to go to her every year. She does a wonderful job. She is knowledgeable and truly cares.

Took records in April 12,2023 they lost most of them. Called left many messages and requested call backs that never came. Here it is June 7th and we are still waiting. A huge mistake going to h & r block!!!!

I will never use this company ever again. I had my taxes done on 1/31/2023. I paid for there service and 2 1/2 months later no refund. I called and called yo no results. I finally went to a different office that was opened they said that i didnt pay for service and took out 219.00 when my service only cost 155.00. Still havent gotten my reimbursement for the 219.00. It is now 5/22/2023. Almost 4 month and nothing. Im going to call them today to find out where my 219.00 os if i dont get results im talking to a lawyer.

Candi P made our complicated tax situation this year so much simpler! We were very happy with her service and will definitely be using the H&R Block app again in the future to file. We’ve been using it for years, we just needed some help this time.There was a bit of a mixup with our appointment day/time, and the cost was a lot higher than we anticipated, but overall we were satisfied.
