You have some very good employees and a few that I have literally shown a picture of the product to and can't or won't put forth any effort to find a comparable product, or one Sunday, I had a guy say "it says I have two, but I don't see it and I don't want to spend too much time looking for it." And he was maybe my age, and I'm 60. Usually it's the other way around. Last night, Taylor was insisting on helping me not leave the store with the substitute I settled on. It was closing time and I was in a powered cart due to a leg issue. You need to appreciate her. Young people like that are rare. She smoked the guys. Give her a raise There is an older gentleman there last night who is great-in the past he took the time to educate me on air filters. Make Taylor a trainer...”

“What a neat little shop! I have made several purchases over the last six months since discovering it. The owner is friendly and engaging with his customers. My latest find was this great Westinghouse refrigerator set.”

“Having a crafty family means we go to craft stores a LOT, and this Joann’s is one of our main go-to’s. I will say, we refer to it as, “Sketchy Joann’s” for obvious reasons listed in other reviews, but the staff there is AWESOME. Yes, they’re in a shady back parking lot of the connected abandoned mall with no windows and one entrance/exit, but it’s not their fault! ? Yes, the parking lot is a disaster and you need 4WD to navigate most of it, but it’s a great store! We may have decided not to purchase anything edible there because of the one time we all bought 8 month expired drinks, but to be fair, who purchases drinks at Joann’s?I have many stories of the staff being kind and wonderful, but this one is my favorite:One year at holiday time, my oldest daughter was in dire need of yarn to finish making gifts and as we waited in a long line, my 4 year old started absolutely melting down. It was a full blown, 5-alarm fit. One of the associates found it in the goodness of her heart to take us (sneak us really, she was like, “psst… follow me… be discreet…”) to the back of the store and ring us up, essentially saving our lives and the ears of all the other shoppers so we could get what we needed instead of needing to leave with a screaming child and no precious treasures. She saved Christmas. Thank you, staff of Sketchy Joann’s. Keep on, keeping on. You’re all rocking it in that situation, and I hope they give you a bonus for any damage being done to your vehicles to get to work and give it your all everyday.”

“Love this place plenty of options, the sections are a bit unorganized but that's what happens when you have hundreds of people shifting through clothes. Only complaint is fix the alarms on the shoes. I hate checking out a pair of shoes and having the alarm blare off because I moved them a bit. Need more cashier's the check of line is insanely long and slow moving”
