“This true value store is the best hardware and pretty much everything else you need for any project for products. Every single staff member is more than extremely helpful. In the past I have made the mistake by going to other stores, like d&b supply etc, and three times in a row, for 3 separate items, they did not have it. Every single time I went to true value after, not only did they have it, but it was less expensive than the other places. They even fixed an antique lamp for me and refused to charge me! True value is the only place that I will ever go.”

“Taylor, a young lady saved your review. She is outstanding. She helped me after I had given up and was headed out the door. You have some very good employees and a few that I have literally shown a picture of the product to and can't or won't put forth any effort to find a comparable product, or one Sunday, I had a guy say "it says I have two, but I don't see it and I don't want to spend too much time looking for it." And he was maybe my age, and I'm 60. Usually it's the other way around. Last night, Taylor was insisting on helping me not leave the store with the substitute I settled on. It was closing time and I was in a powered cart due to a leg issue. You need to appreciate her. Young people like that are rare. She smoked the guys. Give her a raise There is an older gentleman there last night who is great-in the past he took the time to educate me on air filters. Make Taylor a trainer...”

It's only a mile from home the people here are very friendly knowledgeable and they want you to get what you need so they are intently looking around seeing who they can help at all times. I find great deals in this place the markdown Lumber pile always has something nice in it, and there's value in this place as far as I'm concerned price versus other. “There is no reason why a person who is returning items should have to wait in the line outside. I get it if you are returning and then going to shop but if you are returning and going to leave. You should be able to just go to the return desk. And yes I know that it is about the number of people in the store then make a different line or let us go in the pro line.”

“This D&B supply is a good one. I like that they had a big option for Safe's. They use a local company out of Caldwell that does an amazing job and has good quality.Overall, not a bad location but doesn't have guns which is the only downside. Good selection at a few other locations.”
