The people are super nice and the property is very clean. Super easy access to the units and seemed very secure. Only reason I'm leaving is because the monthly fee went up to $120 a month, way out of my budget.

Absolutely fantastic rental experience! Kirk and the team at Extra Space Storage have been amazing! They are helpful and easy to work with and the Nampa facility is clean and secure. My experience at this facility was wonderful.

This is the most secure storage we have ever utilized. We never once had to worry about anyone tampering with our locks or storage as they do daily checks and have very good security protocols. The customer service is the best I have experienced with a storage place as well, when we first got our unit the front desk was ready with our gate code when we arrived and are are always there to help via in phone or in person. Dont store anywhere else!

ZERO STARS for corporate company in Utah raising my rate on an 6x10 indoor climate controlled unit from 72 dollars a month TO 168 DOLLARS A MONTH. The reasoning was to the effect of staying with National average and current economic factors. Emptied my contents, left.
