I think I’ve only gone there a good 3-4 times where they actually gave me the haircut I wanted. Every other time I’ve been there they give me the wrong haircut. They tell me every time that my straight hair won’t look like the curly picture, and I know that’s true and I expect that. However I know the difference between my texture and straightness being a problem and the length of it. They always go way too short when I ask for something a little on the long side. It’s super frustrating to show them a picture and them get it wrong. And when they show you and ask if it’s good through out the process, it’s always too late to change it by then

Fast, easy every time. Everyone is smiling each time. I’ve taken 5 kids here many times. They keep your last cut on file, so it’s fast for the boys. Not the best parking lot, but it’s pretty fast moving for the other shops so you can usually park close. CHECK IN ON APP! There is an app to use and it’s easy- just your phone number and it shows you which location is the fastest. You can check in more than one person too!

The stylists here know what they’re doing. I explained a little bit what I wanted and asked for some input because I wasn’t 100% sure, and she got it right straight off the bat. She even recommended a hair product that helps bring to life even more my new haircut.Plus, Great Clips has good prices. It’s a great value with good quality.

My son and I both had our haircuts done here. My stylist did a fine job, it was what I asked for and it looks like I expected. She was really nice and personable as well. I would go back to her for a cut any time. My son's was a different story. His looked okay from a distance but after we got home I realized how choppy it was. His bangs were cut straight across and then it went around his entire head that same level, but choppy and uneven. Essentially it is what we used to call the " bowl haircut" but messier. So basically he looks like Jim Carey off that one movie which shall remain un-named. His stylist didn't even say a word to me let alone have me check it to see if it was okay. I was still getting my hair finished up with my stylist when she got done with my son's hair. I'll just have to take him somewhere else to fix it I guess as I'm not comfortable confronting someone and making them redo it after we've long gone. She was nice and was super fast. I think if she would recheck her work she'd probably do an okay job. That is my opinion anyway.Services: Kids' cuts

Horrible customer service. Made an appointment told it was 68 min wait and received a text to head to the salon that was 15 minutes away and the text would still have a wait. Walked in and told they canceled it but they could set me back on for another 68 minute wait. Don't waste your time. Go to some one else who can actually cut hair!

The stylist who did my hair was very sweet, and they were all so nice in the salon. However- my hair ? it was below shoulder length and I asked for a mid neck straight cut. One side is longer than the other- I did point this out and she fixed it as best as she could, and it looked okay at the salon but when I got home and straightened it, there’s a noticeable difference. And then my picture. It is so jagged and uneven, and I’m too scared to ask them to fix it because it’s already shorter than I wanted. It’s not the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten, but it’s not the best. When I curl it/put some waves in it, it’s not as noticeable.My advice for those wanting to go to this salon- be very specific in what you want, check all angles before you leave, and err on the side of caution with the length.
