Geeks? I dont think so. Took my iphone to be rapair and came out with another problem. They damaged the screw that opens the the phone and lied to me that it wasa security screw. They didnt used the proper tools. Worse peope to work with.Took my phone to 360 wireles phone repair and they fix. Take your phones to 360 wireles phone repair, Nampa. They are very the best. Geeks= Idiots!!

Very disappointed with the service I received at this location. We brought a gaming PC in for repairs that ended up needing to be returned due to warranty issues. We had to buy a new PC and they told us they would hold the old one on site until the new PC got there to do a data transfer. When we came back a few days later with the new PC they had already sent the old one to the manufacturer and has forgot to take out my USBC connector for my headphones. Without this connector my headphones are useless so I now have a pair of $100 headphones I can't use and they told me I was out of luck. They also did a\\\" data transfer \\\"and all they did was copy everything into a folder and put it on to the desktop of the new PC. Nothing transferred over. It is a massive mess on the new PC. Do not go to this location. They don't care about the client. Go to Boise way better customer service!!!

Always had good service. Have used the Geek Squad for all our computer problems with good results. Bought a LG washer/dryer from them last year. They delivered on time. Will see how the Geek Squad does with diagnostics on the dryer half of the unit. Wish I had bought the GE instead.

My old laptop hard drive crashed. They helped me find a new laptop and then the Geek squad took my new one, sat with me at counter and set it up, downloaded ally apps and docs from the cloudThey took such great care, asking me if I understood, making sure I was satisfied. So thankful for them

Horrible experience, was sold the total tech plan becuase it was the same price of cloning my hard drove which they failed at. They ended up just transferring files over and setting up a new windows on my new hard drive so I had to manually transfer all apps, games and downloaded content from my old hard drive. My windows login and settings weren't moved over in the data transfer either.I had about 2tb of data on my old hard drive and only 264gb were moved. Getting my money back from this scam job. Now I have to do 2x as much work to restore my pc to what it was and clean up the mess these clown caused.

Guess it does not surprise me you have a 2 rating. I am serving a negative review to the best buy in nampa idaho. We we're literally told by the manager sam that he was to busy to answer a simple question of if a sim card would go to our phone. Spent 10 more minutes in the store looking for a backup camera for my car. Seen Sam 4 time chatting with different employees. NOT helping other customers but chatting with employees. This is my opinion. I will cut up my credit card and go somewhere else. How much longer are you going to allow such terrible customer service. Again my opinion.

Nope, never again... Bought a phone from them two weeks ago. Has quit working multiple times. Something is obviously wrong with it. Took it back in today with the intention of exchanging it. The employee didn't even let me finish before interrupting that it wasn't their problem. They asked if I had done any troubleshooting and I replied, yes I troubleshot based on everything I could find in forums, support articles and videos. Insultingly they said "that's not troubleshooting, that's diy." And then had the audacity to audibly call me a jackass as I walked away. I guess you don't don't need my money anymore.

If I could give a ZERO I would: 3/7 Washer/Dryer was supposed to be delivered they didn't even call me. No Show 3/15 new delivery date... called to get a better window for delivery. Oh it was cancelled again. Remember I called them! Called to find out why because supposedly the items are in the warehouse... my answer was the workers came in late... I called at 8am and it was already cancelled for a 7-1 window. I am 71 I am not going to a laundromat. I have a bad back. I told them to have the machines here by today or I am going to cancel. Well they decided to change my deliver time from 7-1 MONDAY to 12-8 without asking if that was okay. Well that was the last straw and they didn't even care. I cancelled it and I always went to Best Buy in California but never ever again. I hope you will decide the same do not depend on their deliveries to ever arrive.

I'm updating my review as I've interacted with Best Buy several times over the last couple of years. Best Buy has been able to have what I've always been looking for, and the store staff generally tries their best to assist with their knowledge whenever they can. Sometimes they are very busy and logically cannot get to everyone. However, yesterday I stopped by to inquire about my dashcam that the manufacturer deemed defective after updating the firmware. I had the two year plan which would be expiring in two months. Emily, with management, was very helpful in answering my questions and did agree that the plan would indeed cover the defective camera. I returned today with the old camera and paperwork from the manufacturer. I do not like returning anything without sufficient proof as to why. Emily gladly exchanged the defective camera with a like product and another two year plan. It's great to know that they are willing to honor the protection plan and provide great customer service. I will support this location whenever I can and whenever the products they offer are in my realm of need.

I made an appointment to get my iPhone battery replaced recently. They called the day of my appointment to reschedule because the guy who does this job was out sick. Ok. So today I go to my appointment and am told they don't have a battery for my phone. When I made the appointment they only had one. I asked if it would be reserved for me and he said it was. I went to Batteries Plus and had the battery replaced within a few hours. Don't waste your time with this place. These people don't know what customer service is.

Horrible service! Tried to buy a new tv and asked 3 times for help in that department. Nobody showed up so I had to place my order online and pick it up curbside. Beyond disappointed and will never buy from Best Buy again.

I ordered a new LG Gas stove online. On the day of delivery I was sent a text message reminding me they would be here between 12-8 pm. I took the day off from work and disconnected my stove to prepare. By 6pm I had heard nothing from Bestbuy. I called to verify my delivery and was told it would be delivered as late as 8:30pm. 8:30 came and went. I finally gave up and went to bed. The next morning I received an email from Best Buy stating that they had tried to contact everyone who had a gas install that day to let them know they had let go their gas team and were looking for a new one. They apologized for any inconvenience that it caused. If I wanted they could deliver it but I would have to hook it up. How the hell do you not contact your customers the day of delivery to inform them they will not be receiving their product? How do you TRY to contact your customers? You were able to text me it was being delivered. You couldn't text me that it wasn't? With technology today how is that even possible? When I called to check my order and delivery how is that not posted to my account that they have no gas installers or that my delivery was not going to happen. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No call, no formal apology, just an email stating they tried but failed and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I still have not been contacted by anyone at the Nampa Best Buy. I canceled my order of course and will spend my money where I will hopefully be treated better than this. What a joke. Sad part is that I just spent over $3000 on a refrigerator there and since I paid cash, I have a discount I could use for the stove. I'll gladly give it up to go elsewhere. Horrible customer service.
