This store doesn't deserve a rating but instead, a Zero star! The store is not friendly and lack's any type of customer service. It treats its customers unlike humans especially special needs and the disable community. I want to ask the Northside community to "BOYCOTT" this establishment. Please spend you hard working dollars elsewhere. When the original Friendly Fred's store was in business, we enjoyed the family that owned it and they took pride in treating it's patrons with kindness and appreciation. When the new owners took over the store a couple of years ago, that all changed and for the worse!Please avoid this mini market at all cost! it lacks quality product, it has expired food, has done questionable double charging tactics, and it is non customer service friendly. In addition, the men behind the counter need to invest in hygiene etiquette, it's intolerable! Again, help others and yourself by "BOYCOTTING" the owners of Friendly Fred's store on 16th Ave North in Nampa, Idaho. Please pass this friendly review along to those you care about and especially the Northside community. There are choices to choose from when you need to buy something, just don't buy from this store, period!. disclaimer; I have to add a star to be able to post this review, SMH!

Never again will I set my foot in this store. Prices aren’t what are displayed and getting them to honor it is of no use. Don’t care if it’s the vendors fault just fix it. I have been here several times weekly for 7 years but now I am done because they really don’t care. Just because you are a convenience store doesn’t mean people will pay your prices for convenience.

Just delt with a seriously very rude cashier, all I had was $3 in change for an extra large popcorn, he very rudely told me he didn't want it in his till and told me to take it to the bank. ???

I shop here three or four times a month. Today, I came in at around one, having walked there from my nearby home, asking to use the restroom. They said no. I explained that it was an a medical emergency. And I would soon urinate myself if they couldn’t accommodate me. And they laughed and said no and told me to leave.So humiliating. Do not recommend.

READ IMPORTANT:Went to get Sierra Mist here and bugs came out of the fountain nozzle with my soda. Multiple tiny ants in soda, owner tried to act like it was no big deal. I’ve worked at multiple gas stations and NEVER seen anything so DISGUSTING.DONT GO TO THIS UNSANITARY ESTABLISMENT
