I have been buying jewelry from Fred Meyer’s since 2008. I have spent thousands of dollars there every year and have always purchased the lifetime plan for the jewelry I wear constantly. Every time I come to the Nampa Fred Meyer’s they can NEVER find my account even though I bought it from them. I tried to take the ring in last year to be cleaned and serviced but the associate wouldn’t because he couldn’t find the account and told me I would have to bring in my receipt (from 2011). I’ve have had that ring serviced at every Fred Meyer from Salt Lake to Spokane. I even had it taken in to be rhodiumed under the lifetime warranty in Utah a few years ago. Well the main diamond fell out and they will do nothing. I’m super upset this is how they treat their customers. We have become successful and I can afford to replace the diamond but that’s not the point. I actually have a more expensive ring that I had bought from them last year on a whim that I currently wear in its place. I wish I hadn’t bought it from them now. But what I will guarantee is that I will find a new jeweler, one who values their customers.

Staff are always rude and condescending. They prefer to argue with what I feel I need completed, which is covered by warranty. If there was a closer Fred Meyer I would go but unfortunately it's the only one in Nampa.

You pay a little more but great selection and people working here. Store is clean and safe and there are people who work here to enjoy helping customers

They are always so helpful and kind. We only buy jewelry from them whether its in person or online. They have a military discount which is much appreciated.

I got my wedding set at this store it was so neat, they ordered it for me. They look in the book to find out whether they can get it. The price I had was not what was available the store had it cheaper. The lady was so nice to get it for me. I had already pick out my ring that I wanted so I showed her and she got it.

Absolutely awful experience in every way. Bought a $2700 ring that ended up losing 3 diamonds within a year. Went to go get it sized and fixed. Had terrible experience with employees who didn't know me or my situation and didn't understand why I was upset about my wedding ring being broken within a year and we're outright rude to me, saying that it was my fault and not the fact that it was obviously poor craftsmanship. They threatened to call security when I picked up a receipt and flicked it. Then, I finally get my ring back a month later. They did not size it and when they put the three diamonds in, they broke the bridge. I was devastated. This is my wedding ring and they completely broke it. They offered to replace it with a new ring. But I didn't want the same ring because of the poor craftsmanship. They offered to give me an in-store credit but at that point I was so disappointed with my entire experience that I didn't want that either. In between all this I had more run-ins with bad customer service, one even in which the guy called my husband by my ex-husband's last name. I ended up having to go to corporate to get my money back. And they did give me my money back for the ring....three months later. However, they did not give me back the $250 that I spent on the program to fix my ring. Are you kidding me? I literally had to pay them $250 in order for them to break my ring! Overall review, bad customer service, bad quality products, and bad quality of service.

I am 51years old and got carded for a lighter......hahaha . And then the cashier said she would get fired if she didn't see my ID.. wtf.... I will no longer shop here!!!

I took my wedding ring in to have it re pronged, it has a total of 11 diamonds, one big one in the middle surrounded by the rest, a little over a year, I loose a little diamond, took it back and they had no record and it was over a year, I took it to a different place and they said all that was re re pronged was the middle diamond, but the price I paid should have covered the whole ring, they did not do as we asked but sure did charge us for the work they did not do, also I bought a diamond ring there, it lost a diamond in less than a year, and they replaced it under the warranty , but I lost another diamond after the year was up. Supper low quality, I will never buy anything from them again. and they cheated me out of my first ring. Very unhappy with them.

The service and selection is tremendous. Not all of the stores are as focused on the Customers as the Nampa operation is.

I would strongly suggest NOT getting your prescriptions filled here. I have been short on my last 3 refills and they insist they are correct. I get refills of tramadol 90 count. I was short over 20 last time. I didn't notice soon enough and they asked why I waited so long to call them. This time I counted them as soon as I got home and sure enough they were short. I called them right away and they were insisted they were right. ArE you kidding. They won't do anything about it. I'm done with this store.

I won't buy chicken and potatoe wedges here again. The potatoe wedges were not cooked and chicken was so dry it didn't taste good . And I was going to buy chicken wings but for 4 of them it came too 7.92 couldn't believe it... you can buy a whole chicken at Costco for that.

Apparently even if you have list of vaccinations from a transplant doctor the pharmacist doesn't have to give you any if they "don't feel comfortable". Really? You will give the covid shot to every person as they walk through the door but a MMR shot along with others vaccines to be able to get a new liver to live you won't do? And the manager Corey........ we won't even start about him. Not the store you want to go to!!!!!!

My family and myself have bought so mu h jewelry from them, and they wanted go charge $10.00 dollars to take link out of a watch, what ever happened to trying to keep a loyal customer? Greed is all I can say
