Brought my truck in to the Garrity location for bumper repair. Received friendly customer service, honesty and didn't have any complaints. The paint match was very precise and finish work was perfection. Also was surprised how fast they did the repair. They said 2 days and they called me the following morning telling me "Truck will be done this afternoon after we wash it". Thanks for the help!Service: Body & Trim

They did a great job on my door of Ford 150. Can’t tell the difference between the paint of new and old. Very friendly and professional people. I would recommend this body shop

Very good service. They finished myvehicle 10 days early. Found a trim piece that wasn't installed and they fixed it even though they were closed. Above and beyond what I've been through at other shops.

I took my car in to be repaired per the recommendation of Progressive, my insurance company. Someone ran into my bumper and I was pretty upset about it. I was assigned to Jim and he made me feel much better about the process. He quoted 7 days for repair and I got my car back in 5 days! I was shocked. He kept me informed throughout the repairs and my car looks better than before the accident! I highly recommend this shop and Jim. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

I brought my truck in here and worked with a guy named Cam. He was very thorough, had great communication with letting me know the progress of my truck, and insured that it was done in a very timely matter. I will definitely be using this company again and referring my friends and family.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! They have had my car in the shop since June 5th! On June 27th they said my car was done and we go to pick it up and find more damages done along with them leaving paint marks inside my interior which is noticeable because the interior is black! I sent them an email the next day with pictures to the manager Chase and of course he never responded so i called and they said they couldn't get me back in until July 11th! I sent an email with pictures of the repairs the shop has done and other damages that were not previously there to begin with. I couldn't believe that someone would allow this kind of work to be called complete! How did no one see any of these damages or did no one care?! The paint job looks sloppy as hell like they have no idea how to paint even I can see things are not right things are over painted and paint drippings are left. The door and the panel on the bottom is not evened out. There is dents and dings. Paint chips that were not there, paint on the inside of my door no one cared to clean up the leather looks damaged from the door that was fixed. The window on both passenger doors have damage to it and the sensors are not covered properly the plastic was pushed in leaving space for water to get in a possibly damage the cameras. The window was not put in properly leaving a gap for water to enter in and have water damage.The car was not cleaned or washed from all the paint dust was everywhere it was even on my rim. It just blows my mind that I have a brand new car I bought off the lot and they try to give me a car that looks worse then when i brought it in. This is the first time using this shop and now I wished I should have went to we're we normally go to get my cars fixed but my insurance advised me your shop was guaranteed! I have attached as many photos as it would allow me but I do have more and happy to send all 40! So they still have my vehicle no updates, phone calls no nothing until 9/1 when my husband called to ask if the car was done they say oh its done now (almost 2 months later) my husband goes in and it's still not done paint marks every where still and they tell my husband we are not a detail shop you can take it somewhere and just bring it back and we will refund you. My husband told him No! We brought it to you to fix and for you guys to clean up your mess your techs made. Then my husband calls me and tells me the car is not done and as I'm on the phone the technician that worked on the vehicle comes out cussing at my husband and my husband told him not to be talking to him like that and the manager tells my husband don't talk to my employees like that all while I'm on the phone. My husband tells the manager how are you going to let your tech talk to a customer like that. Then when he tells them my wife heard everything and is going to call corporate until she can talk to someone cause it's B***S*** that they have had the car since June and nothing got done! I'm over it! All I want is my car to get fixed and the manager needs to step down obviously he don't care about his customers and allows his employees to act in a manner that is not professional! My own insurance company told me to not pick it up until everything is complete as they paid about $7000 in damages and it needs to get done correctly!Services: Painting

If I could rate this company with -1 stars, I would.My fiance took his car in a few months ago to get fixed after he was in an accident. Prior to taking it to Crash Champions, there was only cosmetic damage. Absolutely NOTHING was wrong with the engine, transmission, computer system, etc & the check engine light most certainly was NOT on. The vehicle was definitley not a look-er as it was very clearly crashed, but man- it still drove like a beauty! After (4) weeks of Crash Champions having the vehicle, they told us that the repair was complete & the vehicle was ready to be picked up! When we got there to retreive the vehicle, it looked amazing. It looked like a brand new car! But, when my fiance started driving it away- the check engine light came on! It was a Friday & they had just closed, so we had to wait until Monday to take it back to ask them to investigate the issue & fix it. When we did so, they told us that it the code it was throwing was related to the ECU & that "they did not perform any maintenence on that part, therefore they would not be fixing it". Well, BULL-HONKEY!! The car did not have a single mechanical issue before being seen & worked on by them. They still have not done anything to fix/help the situation & told us that we would have to take it up with a Ford dealership. So, not only did we & our insurance pay them for a job very well done on the outside, but TERRIBLY done on the inside, but now we have to pay out of pocket for the job to be completed mechanically.Long story all wrapped up, we will never, EVER use Crash Champions again & will not recommend them to anyone that we even fairly care about. Just because it looks pretty, does not mean the job is finished. Especially when it costs so much.

i have some damage on my bumper and under my car, i came in just to see if i could have someone take off my splash guard because my car was dragging, and not only did he take off my splash guard for me right away but he gave me all my parts and pieces in a bag as well as tying and securing my bumper for me, it was super nice of the guy to do that for me, my car looks so much better just from him doing that! all free of cost too, super friendly place

Very good communication through text. Apparently one of the representatives had to convince the insurance to pay for damages instead of totaling my car and writing a check for a fraction of what the car is worth. Thanks Jason I believe. ?
