I arrived at Fast Transmission believing my transmission was on the verge of failing. I am from the east and was due to start back home the next day pulling an RV. An employee named Duster, who was very knowledgeable checked it and found no transmission issue, and was able to resolve the issue. I was not in a position to shop around or go somewhere else, and he could have sold me anything up to and including a new transmission. But he was honest and helped me out tremendously. Thank you

I’m leaving a 3 star because I took my car in for a diagnostic, they said it was going to be $75 which I think is a VERY fair price, especially nowadays. I assumed that they would have some sort of machine to run the diagnostic, but they called to let me know while they test drove it, it broke down, and they left it on the side of the road! They told me the keys were at the shop, the price for the new transmission, and that I better get a tow truck. I appreciate the fact that they didn’t charge me, and that’s why I didn’t give a one star!! Overall I wish it were a different outcome and that it wasn’t left on the road, but I think they’re a fair company when it comes to their prices and am grateful I wasn’t charged.

We had a transmission rebuilt on our 2001 Ford Excursion. About 2 months later we had a problem and took it back and they fixed it under warrantee. It works great.

My Transmission went out on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. I called around and Fast Transmission was my best option. Duster was very professional and had genuine concern about my situation.It was my work truck, my insurance company picked up my car around 1:30pm. Delivered to shop and the next day at 4:30pm she was ready to be picked up.The price for the swap was reasonable and even offered a military discount.I have since put a little over 1k miles on this Transmission and all is well.Thank you Duster and Fast Transmission for exceptional service and value.I will highly recommend this business to all who may need their services.Service: Transmission

The owner is awesome. He's a strait shooter and tells you exactly what needs to be done when it comes to Transmission repairs. It's hard to find folks like Duster.
