I had to come back and update my review. About a day after the windshield was installed I took a closer look at the rubber moulding that surrounds the glass, and found the issue pictured. I drove down to their Nampa location upon seeing it, and asked for it to be fixed. There was a rather salty older guy that was working behind the counter who came out to look at it, insisting that it was a cosmetic issue and it wouldn't leak. I insisted it be fixed anyway, given that my truck didn't look like this before the windshield was installed. He reluctantly got some sealant and tools to attempt to fix the problem. He was quite unpleasant through the process. I got the impression that their craftsmanship is above reproach, and was treated like a whiny customer. This market it competitive enough that you've got several other local options. I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Brant and his Team are the BEST! Safelite ruined my windshield and Fast Glass fixed what Safelite tried to repair FOUR times in 1 visit!!!

Thank you! Allie, Chris, and the guys were so nice and squeezed me on a busy Thursday. 45 minutes in and out (no promises I could be lucky) and over $100 cheaper than Safelite. 11/10 will be back, it’s Idaho, glass brakes.

This was an out of pocket windshield replacement cost, so I handled the transaction myself, without the aid of my insurance company. Fast Glass happened to be the most competitive price, so I booked my appointment for the next day.
Sometimes the lowest cost comes with other challenges (e.g. less than stellar customer service), so I was apprehensive about my experience.
They exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was very friendly and I drove away with a new windshield in less than 45 minutes.
I’ll always support locally owned businesses over large corporations.

Fantastic business. They scheduled my right away, did the windshield replacement in an hour, replaced the old A pillar covers with new ones and thier price was almost half that of some of their competitors. Highly recommended.

Called Friday 5/10/24. I was told my appointment for installation would be 5/13, Monday after 1pm.
Installer called to say if it's convenient, he could come to the house by 9:50.
He was right on time. Completed the job in 45 minutes.
We are very happy Fast Glass did the work Fast, clean and $130 cheaper than Safelite Glass.
