WARNING! WARNING! You do NOT, and I repeat, you do NOT want anything to do with this place. This place is managed and run by the most deceitful couple of people in the business, especially the owner. They have no shame in knowingly putting vehicles up for sale on their lot that have issues. Please, avoid this car dealership like the plague! The owner is a master of deception, with a knack for scamming unsuspecting customers out of their hard-earned cash. From outright lies to no sense of shame for their actions, every aspect of this establishment reeks of deceit. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this den of dishonesty.

We were very impressed with Family Auto! After several terrible experiences at other dealerships, we almost gave up buying from a dealership altogether. Working with JD was a very pleasant experience. No hassle, no pressure, no stress! JD really worked with us and went out of his way to help our family get into a beautiful car. We highly recommend Family Auto And More to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Started out as a good experience when I bought my car from them a couple years ago, but recently had to have a transmission put in it. Family Auto did my transmission. Didnt even put fifty miles on the new transmission when the timing chain went out. Left me on the side of the road in the middle of the night. When it happened I pulled over and popped the hood. While looking at the engine I noticed a bolt not seated (screwed in) all the way coming out of the transmission. Upon further inspection, I saw that there were SEVERAL bolts not seated all the way. I don't know much about cars but I do know that bolts should be completely screwed in no matter the situation. I took pictures and had my car towed to Family Auto, where they told me that the transmission was fine but my timing chain went out. What about the bolts? They said that "wouldnt make too much of a difference." EXCUSE ME WHAT? They didnt accept any responsibility for the fact that my transmission wasn't bolted in all the way. Nevermind the timing chain. Not to mention when I first took it in for repairs they had my car for a week and hadn't even started it yet. I wound up picking it back up and taking it back 2 weeks later for the repair. Which, didn't even fix the problem I originally took it in for. Thanks guys. Good looking out. Never again.

Jack and jd helped me with an issue from a car i bought somewhere else and were straight forward and honest with everything. Definetly look here if you are planning on purchasing or need work done on your car. Very fair prices and great men to deal with!

They really took care of me and my family over here. I had my car break completely down and the cost of repair wasn't worth it. Even though I had a bad remark on my credit history they were able to get me into a good vehicle with a not so terrible interest rate. Definitely would return if I'm in the market again!

I went in to purchase a vehicle from JD. It was a great experience. He made sure that I was approved before making the drive . He was very kind and listened to all my questions. He didn't pressure me at all. I took my two years
old with me and he was very accommodating. I would recommend this bussiness .I'll be coming back for my next puechase.

Went in to look at a truck, really fair price, JD did everything possible to make the experience pleasant. didn't end up buying, but would try them again in the future if the vehicle is right for us.

Ok, it took me a while to figure out how to leave a review. I figured it out on something else and immediately came here to give this place a HUGE shout out!!! JD was absolutely amazing a few months ago when I got my 2014 Equinox that I absolutely love! He worked so hard with the finance company to convince them to give me a chance to have this car on my own and not need a cosigner. He was also just someone cool to hang out with for my mom and myself all afternoon through the car buying process and didn't once make us 2 women feel d*** or try to get one over on us because we didn't have a man with us. I definitely see myself going back for future purchases!! Thanks JD!!!!!

Jd and the guys at family auto and more are amazing they took in my old truck paid it off and got me into a 2020 truck they are the best used car lot that will actually take care of you and get you into something really nice I won't go to any other used car lot but them for now on they even help me stay in my monthly budget these guys are the best I will buy more cars from them and keep doing business with them thank you guys for helping me out I really appreciate it and I will be back for more business

Jd sold me a care that two days later had a major issue. It was put in the shops three different times to be fixed and I was told to let it run through cycles because eventually it would fix itself. I had another shop look at it who said there were other things they found wrong with it. The transmission was going out and there was an oil leak which leaked onto the gears of the clutch system and made it slip worse. The car would shudder and not change gears properly. I almost got into several accidents with the jerking it was causing. ** said they would buy the car back and he never gave me my down payment back I lost $1600.00 on a car in a matter of two months and do not have a car to show for it. He was trying to convince me to just trade for another car on his lot, but everything he had there was something wrong with them. One had gauges in kilometers and thats just how they were goi g to sell it to someone else, there was another one that only had an a/c leak but the ignition looked tore up as well. I decline something different from his lot and now have had to take a huge loss without a car to show for it. I dont want anyone else to have this experience and want to warn everyone of what happened.

We didn't end up buying, the vehicle we were interested in sold the night before we could make it in to check it out. JD was awesome, communication is important to me. He informed me as soon as he got in that the vehicle sold saving me a almost 2 hour drive. He went the extra mile to try and find a vehicle we might be interested in. Sadly it didn't work out, they didn't have anything that appealed to us. I will keep them in mind when we are shopping again. Thanks JD sorry we couldn't make a deal.
