I went in to look my washer quit working after 18 years it had a good life. My intention was just to buy a washer the price for a set of samsung top loader 5.2 capacity washer .they dropped the price affordable for me . They were super kind add very workable. Thank you so much . Down the road we'll be back to do more business with you. Awesome customer service plus 1 year warranty. Highly recommend

Walked in to browse refrigerators & prices on a Friday or Saturday afternoon. I wasn’t sure if I was ready to purchase. Scott was super helpful and actually put a hold on a fridge I’d found so I could get my budget together and think about it over the weekend. He made it super clear that there was no pressure. I came back Monday ready to buy. The delivery was schedule the very next day & arrived with no problems. I got a great deal & am super happy with my new refrigerator!

We had a really good experience from purchasing from Express Appliance in Nampa. From shopping in store, the amount of money we saved! Everyone was helpful, friendly and to delivery & installation. What a great experience buying from Express Appliance. All the folks we dealt with were absolutely fantastic. We initially purchased a fridge that once we got home we decided that we didn't like. Express Appliance made the exchange process so easy (and friendly) and went above and beyond the call to make sure we were happy and now we have what we want. They have a great inventory, offer floor and scratch/dent options that fit our budget. Thank you so much to Scott, (GM) Zach and the two delivery teams (Adam and Antonio; Brian and (delivery) Zach). We’ve had 2 separate purchases from here and both have been fantastic and smooth! We bought a fridge here for our new house and saved about $500 on that as opposed to buying from Home Depot. We also bought stackable washer and dryer after our 10+ year old washer died. Saved a few hundred there and was able to finance at 0% APR for 6 months to spread the cost out. Highly recommend this place to anybody

Came in to look at a dishwasher. With the help of Trish, we are leaving with the dishwasher we wanted AND an over the range microwave. Trish was very helpful, and we'll definitely be coming back for any other appliance needs.

This place is awesome, great amount of inventory all at great prices! Got a great deal on a brand new Samsung fridge with bells and whistles at a great price. We bought the Louisiana Grill's top of the line option from the Nampa store on Mothers Day weekend. They had so much product information, and were patient with our process. We've looked all over the Valley and have not had service like this! They were amazing to work with, and the prices were shockingly LOW! we will definitely come back when we need appliances. They assured us if we had any questions after we left, just call and they would help.If there were 10 stars, I'd give them 10 out of 10!

Bought a used washer and dryer here about a month ago. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy on a sale. The washer and dryer were delivered on time and they are working great! Would definitely shop here again for any other appliance needs

I’ve been dryer down for a week I called them on a weekend they had the part they were open and easy to find thankfull I can get my laundry going again. Super friendly gal.
