They are wonderful and easy to clean your car. Helps alot In the winter to keep the gunk off. The Lava air freshener is my new favorite scent and just noticed the floor mat cleaner when you are using the vacuum!

Out of all of the epic shine car washes I’ve been too the brand new Caldwell location is by far my favorite. Staff is always there, which I love now that they are giving out car indents with every wash so my car is always smelling amazing!

Ever since they built their location, every single day people show up and blast the loudest possible music they have for over an hour. No one at the location seems to care that it was built RIGHT next to apartments.They've ruined an entire street. Moving almost entirely because of this obnoxious, never ending sound.Will never use this business until the day I die.

I generally do not use automated car washes and will always was my vehicles at home. However due to the weather and the need to get the undercarriage clean, I went to Epic. The employee assisting at the pay station was friendly and helpful. There was no one in line so it was a straight shot in and through the wash. I paid $20 (which was the most expensive wash) and it appeared to do a better than average job. I wasn’t expecting much, but it did exceed my expectations. The brushes didn’t beat the side of my vehicle too bad and the offered service was good. The air dry did okay and the vacuum station was really good with excellent suction.

We love coming to Epic Shine. I've had a membership for years and now my husband signed up for the $35 membership for 90 days...they also provide the car fragrance, wipes and the blue rags to dry off the truck. Highly recommend Epic Shine.
