DON'T RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! No one knows what they're doing. You can call and talk to an in store employee. Then two days later they will deny that you spoke with anyone, refuse to talk to the employee that was working that day and change the entire story. Super disappointed with the service received by several employees, Dane and the woman i spoke with several times before him were incredibly patronizing and horrible to work with. Corporate needs to shut this location down.

Kind, friendly, and prompt staff! They picked us up and brought us back to the building when we were at a body work shop so that we could take care of the paperwork before renting the car, it was as smooth of a transition as could be. The car drove like a dream. Then when we dropped it off, they were quick and efficient in getting it checked in. Our ride showed up moments after we were done and it couldn't have been timed better. I would highly recommend this great car rental location and company.

They didn’t give me back my full deposit, they lied and said I didn’t fill the tank, I have pictures with proof and mileage when I filled the tank, I have called and left messages with no return call. It’s unethical to lie and steal from people. I am calling my bank to dispute and filing a report with corporate as well. It’s pathetic they don’t even want to see the proof I have, they know it reflect bad business practice. Taking 40 bucks out of my deposit and lying and saying I didn’t fill tank, then not calling me back after I call and leave messages advising i have proof of the full tank and the mileage at full tank and the mileage at drop off. The sad thing is another previous customer advised to do that because enterprise did the same thing to them. I’m not letting this go. And now I’m demanding a full refund! I’ll be calling until this is handled. The reservation was under my husbands name. I suggest you call me back.

I had a very good experience with renting a car from enterprise from start to ending! They even came and picked me up and brought me to their store from the Auto Shop that I left my car at to get it fixed and then they brought me back to the shop to pick up my vehicle! Their prices are very affordable also! I would recommend Enterprise to anyone! ?

My scheduled pick up time was for 12:30. I arrived at 12:30 and the car was not ready. They were still washing it. Even though they washed it it looked like they used dirty water to wash it. By far the dirtiest freshly washed car I have ever seen. Definitely not the kind of clean cars I have come to expect from Enterprise. The car also needed to be filled up with gas. We were asked if we wanted to take it that way and that we could return it empty. Why would you ever offer a customer a car that was almost empty. By the time the car was “cleaned” and filled up with gas it was 1:15, 45 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. Again not something I am accustomed to from Enterprise.

I have rented from Enterprise several times over the years and this is the worst experience with a car that I have had. The check-in was wonderful and supposedly I was upgraded from a Toyota Corolla because my car wasn't ready. The car I was given was not as nice as the Corolla would have been. My husband is a mechanic and he said there were problems with the car and he didn't really feel that it was safe. The windshield wiper blades were bad and should have been replaced. The car seem to be floating which indicated that it needed a front end alignment and possibly the tie rods were worn out. The ride was rough because my husband said the tires were cut because of a lack of rotation. I reached out to Enterprise on a text and I got no response except this one asking for a review. I probably would not rent from Enterprise again at this location in Nampa.

I had such a horrible experience with this location.I was lied told the deposit was back to my bank card waited for a week I don’t see the money in my bank so I call Lauren manager ID # E26B4x she finally check the receipt that I was charged for 2 extra days when I specific told them that I was going to keep the car for whatever the car insurance would cover cuz I was not going to pay out my pocket.I know is only $50 dollars but they shouldn’t be lying to customers it is not acceptable.Please aware of what they tell you .

Zero Stars! Terrible service and disrespectful team. We reserved a car a week in advance. When we arrived to pick up the car, it had been rented to someone else. They offered to rent us a larger car for a higher price. No discount or accommodations for their failure to do their jobs correctly. The girl at the desk was rude and wouldn't help us find a car at a different enterprise.

There wasn’t anything available in my area and at the price that I’m limited to stay in so Uber was a more reliable but also a very dangerous option. They wouldn’t accept my bank card either. The nampa location was way to busy to even help and so I called the Meridian one. They where a lot more patient with me but still never was able to use this as a resource.

I absolutely loved working with this branch of enterprise. They made it so easy and they were so friendly. I had to return the car 2 days later than planned. I called them each day they were understanding. Gave me all the information I needed. I would do business with them again and again and if already recommended them to family and friends ?

Minimal communication, subpar service—I waited over 25 mins for a car and then felt rushed out of the office. Never received confirmation of the car being returned (insurance claim with information that I could drop off at the body shop to be returned), not friendly. Likely will not choose again.
