“Why would you buy at a big box store, when you could pay the same price (or less) but with WAY better customer service and at the same time support local business?Jackie was very knowledgeable, super helpful, and was able to get our washer and dryer delivered and set up for us just 2 days after purchase! The delivery guys (3 of them!) were at my house on time and set everything up quickly so that I could get to work on time.Nampa Appliance has made a repeat customer out of me. “So I called 611 to remove a tablet line off my account! The representative managed to lower my bill and keep the tablet on the account as well! She listened to me!(big deal to me)well when I went to do the survey I pushed the wrong button and it hung up so it looked like I rated her as a 1. Decided to call back to talk with a supervisor to give the agent kudos! Bad idea he did not listen to me and put me on hold for way too long, then he really didn’t want to hear what I had to say about that agent, cut me off, said good bye and the call was over! So much for trying to do good for someone else! I’ll still go out of my way to make sure kudos is given where it is deserved! But I won’t let them irritate me for doing so!!!”

I had purchased a new phone because my old one was completely busted, and all my information to transfer everything over was on my busted phone. It took 2 hours to get everything straightened out, but nonetheless they took there time and never seemed annoyed in any way. They were definitely happy to help. They deserve a raise!!”
“I love it at this target. The other day, I was shopping with my three kids, all ages 5 and under, and my youngest two take up most of the room in the cart. Well, I decided that I wanted to purchase a three drawer plastic organizer, but I couldn't fit it under or in my cart. An employee saw me pushing the cart, caring for the kids, and carrying this large plastic organizer around. He came up to me and offered to take it up front for me. He explained that I could just ask for it when I got to the checkout. I was so appreciative of the kindness and help. I really like the employees and am thankful that they brighten my day.”
