Eagle Transfer has had my item for going on two months and I can't get it delivered or get ahold of anyone to even go pick it up myself. The fact that Pottery Barn contracts with this company for their deliveries is shocking and disappointing, especially when they charge you for "white glove service" - not being able to get your item is white glove service!? I don't think I will ever purchase large items from Pottery Barn every again. This is a nightmare.

We ordered two pieces of furniture from Pottery Barn, who uses Eagle Transfer for delivery. Eagle Transfer has had those pieces for TWO months. They have scheduled us FOUR times and still have not been delivered: 1) requested to change delivery days, 2) the driver didn't show up to work because he was "out late," 3) the delivery drivers showed up 4 hours after the delivery window (at night) and we had already stepped out (when we called the office midday for an update, they said they could not get a hold of delivery drivers), and 4) just never showed up. We are scheduled to have a delivery tomorrow and have been assured by multiple people that it would happen. When we did not receive a confirmation call today with delivery window (as promised), we called several times and waited on hold, only to be hung up on. Now their voicemail boxes are full! Their answering service finally picked up and said that we are not scheduled. Truly unbelievable service - we just want our furniture and to never use Eagle Transfer again!

Eagle Transfer was contracted to deliver furniture for a local company. They have had my furniture for the past 22 days and will not return a call to schedule delivery. I have even offered to rent a uhaul truck and come pick it up which seemed appealing to them but still no call back. Seriously how are they in business? Or are they now closed and my pieces in a boarded up warehouse? Or still sitting in a trailer? It’s a mystery.

Brutal experience...Still have not received furniture that was expected in September. Very hard to reach anyone here, and when I do, it seems the company is in chaos and doesn't have answers. We've been "stood up" 4 times now. Once we received a note that the driver had refused to accept the route for the day, but otherwise no explanations.

I had a delivery scheduled and then they never showed up or even called back to reschedule. I have called them every day for a week and still cannot get any information on getting my delivery rescheduled. Now they are not even picking up the phone. Completely garbage service.

BEWARE!!! Do not use this company!!!!! I had some furniture delivered with them and this is what happened: 1) they dropped my brand new dresser, wrecking the side of it, but never said a word (I heard and saw them drop it), 2) cancelled on me TWO times after I had already cleared my work schedule, 3) forgot to book me on the schedule once, again after clearing my work schedule, 4) installed all of the furniture wrong, after I told the guys 2 times how I wanted it and where, 5) the guy putting the bed together talked very very loudly on the phone with his girlfriend while I while putting the furniture together (keep in mind I was obviously trying to work on my computer while they installed), 6) I keep trying to call them and their voicemail is full! I have had the most frustrating experience of my life with this company. I would strongly recommend you run the opposite direction.

They have had my furniture for over 3 weeks and have yet to return my calls. I have even offered to come pick it up. Horrible service.

Worst delivery company I've ever dealt with- the person who answered the phone was rude- they were supposed to call me yesterday for my delivery today and never did. She said if she happened to think of my delivery later today she would call back with answers. They won't tell me if my furniture is arriving today or what time. The worst service I have ever had,

I get auto voicemails saying to call and schedule a delivery and when I call, the items I was told were ready to be scheduled are not?? Customer service required to schedule deliveries don't seem to know what they are doing. They are unorganized and don't call back when they say they will. Their delivery drivers have come without masks into the house and having given them one of my own, didn't wear it correctly and would pull their shirt up partially over their face when they passed by. If I had a choice on how the orders were delivered, I'd never use them again. They are a headache from start to finish.

Refused delivery service paid "due to COVID". Taking advantage of pandemic to do less work. Got multiple confirmations service was white glove with precautions for COVID including survey of illness. Was supposed to do white glove delivery but just dropped box, might as well have had it shipped UPS. They could have assembled in the driveway if they were worried going into a house. They said they couldn't even take a box.
