Just received my order, everything was way overcooked to point of being crunchy, asked for extra sauce on pizza and there was no sauce. Just spent like $40 and it was terrible.

Put order online and ask to bring pizza in couple hours , pizza was at my house in 15 minutes. Call them and ask what's going on, I need pizza at 6:30 not rn, my order was over $100, girl tell me I should keep it at my house and try to keep it warm until 6:30 or they can take it back and keep warm at their place and bring it back at the time I need it. They take it back and bring it back at time when I need it it was cold, saggy pizza and wings, and no ranch which I pay for. Horrible people who's answering phone, horrible customer service

Always great experience when we order through Domino's they follow the instructions that I leave them well and they're very friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. No matter the time of the day. Thank you for such great service.

I usually like Domino's , and they have messed up a couple times but they always usually make it right. That is not the case this time. I use my free points every now and then. To get a free medium pizza well I tried to do that this Friday. And the delivery driver comes and brings me a receipt that says my total was 23.37. Because I ordered wings and cheesy bread with my free. Pizza i gave him a dollar sixty three tip which now my total is 25$. When I rechecked my bank account. It says they took $40 from me. I try to call the store to get it fixed And I get lied to saying that they're going to call me back on Super Bowl Sunday. They never do so I call back the next day just to deal with The rude manager named Isabel who didn't want to give her last name, and she thought it was hilarious to sit there and be snobby on the phone after I asked for her last name. And she pretty much told me how she couldn't help I'd have to get ahold of corporate so I am going to get ahold of corporate and I really hope they stop hiring dumb children to run their stores. It was very obvious. She was a child just by how she was acting and laughing on the phone I have never dealt with such a rude manager. And her name again is isabel Obviously her mama didn't teach her no manners And I'm probably not going to go through this store anymore. Especially if that is what they have representing them. And then they want to lie to me and act like they want to help me yet it's been a week since this accident and nobody has reached out besides the day that I kept calling. On that day they wanted to reassure me that they will help me with my problem yet nothing! It's obvious they don't care about the customers or keeping them so I am done with dominoes and it's a shame.

Consistently bad. Foods wrong, foods not good, pizza under cooked, and it takes 2 hours after placing an order to even start being prepped then you wait another 2 hours. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Literally the worst service in the valley. If you want a delivery be prepared to wait ATLEAST an hour from this location. Carry out isn't much better. This location has been this way for the last 12 months atleast. Never again. Pizza WHEN COOKED PROPERLY not burnt is good, their afternoon staff seems okay, their evenings though. I'll buy a damn pizza oven before I do this again.

Food is always good and hot, tastes great with good amount of toppings, prompt delivery, best place to order pizza. And extra thank you to the kind driver who delivered to us tonight in bad weather.

I ordered through the app , waited in my living room for it to be delivered then got notified it was handed to me & delivered an hour AFTER I ordered, but I never got it. I called the store to figure out what was going on & the guy I talked to was extremely rude , telling me they tried calling me and knocking on the door even though I said neither happened. They actually delivered my food after I called , but it was cold. Got it almost 2 hours after ordering it. Definitely don't recommend . Nobody tried making it right , or even apologized. Told me I couldn't have it refunded.

Last night I ordered pizza and it was a very frustrating experience. After an hour of ordering it and I called because it said my driver was in my neighborhood for the past 10 minutes but hadn't delivered it. Turns out she delivered it to the wrong people and the manager called me and apologized and said she could get my order out asap. It was another 50 minutes before my food arrived. 2 hours to wait for my food was frustrating in itself but the food was burnt and hard and was basically inedible so that just sent me over the edge. No free drinks or coupons were offered to me to make up for their mistake and they also wouldn’t take the tip off that I left for the original girl who delivered my food to the wrong people.

If management is unreasonable, then reach out to corporate. This location reached back to me and really made it right. I appreciate new management and their efforts to build rapport and uphold domino's customer appreciation.
