BEWARE.....07.21.24 arrived at 12:30p, 1st time here for a pedicure.
My girl was pleasant but at end told me to "sit and let them dry". Been getting this service for 35 years.
AT 2PM I asked another worker, if she could get my lady black long hair to remove my toe separators and ck if i could go (sat there 20 minutes drying with ONLY 1 other customer). Yet 2 of them are in chairs on their phone watching videos.
The younger worker i asked 4 help said, " ill ck u out" and walked 2 register.
So i was left to get out of chair, take off separators and ck toes.
I gave no tip. Walked outside in sun and saw left big toe was full of lines and bubbles. ALL OTHERS WERE PERFECT!
Came in to get it fixed. Young worker told me to sit and wait for original woman who was doing a fill!
ONE TOE! i told young worker that was unacceptable, its 107 degrees and i had 2 pick up kids in 30 minutes!!!!
SHE ARGUED, TOLD ME "ITS NOT GEL THAT HAPPENS"...THIS WENT ON FOR A GOOD FIVE MINUTES!!!
FINALLY I DEMANDED SHE AT LEAST REMOVE ONE BAD YOE POLISH, she did and walked away so I, THE CUSTOMER, had to redo my own toe, wait another 15 minutes to dry! AND left VERY UPSET!
This was supposed to be a RELAXING HOUR FOR a pedicure. TOTALLY NOT WORTH $45.00 ....
NO TIP SHOWS THEM, "YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY ROYALLY SUCKED!"

I am obviously not a hand model, but I am someone with ADHD and autism, so sensory experiences can be either wonderful or horrible for me. I went in on a Wednesday at 350pm and they were wonderful. At 12 weeks pregnant the pedicure was one of the best I've ever had and MELTED away some chronic pain I've been struggling with. My nails were done so beautifully, and she checked with me at every step! With my mental health that was SUCH a good feeling to know she cared about how I liked them. I moved to Idaho from Arizona three years ago and had yet to find a place like my favorite one I went to for years back there. Stepping in here felt like I was right back there, soothing atmosphere, kind and warm hearted nail techs, just an overall phenomenal experience! I also usually struggle with nail pain the day after a new full set, NO PAIN AT ALL. They were so gentle but quick and not in a 'make you feel rushed' but you get the full two hours you booked for a deluxe treatment and it feels like 30 min because you're so relaxed. Definitely give them a try and ignore the older reviews!

If I could I would give no stars! First they tell me 45$ for a fill. Then get there they can’t do anything ANYTHING I asked for which are the most basic you can pretty much get aside from “solid” color!! Then charge me more than I was told because “they are long” nails, they are actually very short, uneven now, looks like my 6 year old could do a better job. At the end of it I was just so over it and ready to leave. Literally everywhere I’ve been they have always told me they a short!! Save your money and your time and go somewhere else!! It’s very sad people could rip others off like I was…. I

Made an appointment for wax and fill - showed up my appointment was cancelled because waxer out sick. I still need nails filled they told me I could wait for the 2 people booked on my appointment time. Last month made an appointment for 10AM- arrived and shop was still closed. Last time for me!!!

We booked an appointment for 3 people. 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. When we arrived only 2 people were working. My mom waited 35 minutes for her manicure to start. The man doing pedicures rushed my procedure to start my sister. This is the 3rd time in a row when paying for the deluxe they haven't removed the dry skin on my heels. We won't be coming back. It's a lot of money for a poor job.

ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!This place was horribly rude to not only me but to other customers as well. Stopping to smoke in the MIDDLE of doing someone’s nails is pretty awful and disgusting. Chair had nail clippings and I watched them not use a liner in the water bowl ?? they also dropped a tool onto the ground that for sure hasn’t been cleaned for months. They cut my toe and at that point I made them stop and didn’t even finish my pedicure THIS PLACE IS RUDE AND DISGUSTING !!!! ????

I was visiting town and needed a fill. Called and they got me in the same day. One of the gentlemen here did my nails and he did great! Nice shop, friendly staff, and great location. Thank you for helping me today!

I set up an appointment with this business. When I arrived, I was notified I would need to wait for a woman’s pedicure to be completed ahead of me (20 minutes, minimum.) I left upon hearing that. No thanks…Service: Gel manicures

I was a walk-in pedicure. Instantly Ruby help me out was very cheerful and quick.She talked me into a massage pedicure which I was very happy to get. she took her time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole service.She realized I didn't really want to talk but she was very pleasant when I did.
