Very professional and humane. came in explained the process, halved it and was gone in less than 45 min. Won’t use another mobile butcher again. Also offer extra service of cleaning and bleaching the skull.

Edgar was amazing! He was very punctual. He was running late and text me before he was even supposed to be here to let me know. It was a clean easy process and very humane. I won’t use anybody else again.
