This place is just unclean. It’s unkept. Look at the dust that has accumulated. You don’t get this horrible of dirt unless it’s months and months of neglect. This is crazy.

-This place is so nasty!!!! The most unsanitary gym I have ever seen! The managers and corporate could care less about their customers and the cleanliness of this place! They go weeks without cleaning the toilets, and NEVER mop the locker room or bathroom floors! They NEVER sanitize or clean the equipment! There’s always hair, dust, trash everywhere!! I’ve never, ever experienced such a lack of professionalism at a business in my life!! Do not waste your money on a membership here, you will be greatly disappointed.
Edit: Updated response to owners reply. There is no need to contact you to “fix it”. It’s very self explanatory. Just do your job! People are complaining. Get a cleaning crew? Listen to all your complaining customers. I’m not the only one. This is 100% on you. Just at this point do basic cleaning.

This place is absolutely disgusting and unclean. They have not thoroughly cleaned this gym in years. The restrooms are disgusting, the air vents are so caked with dirt it’s unfathomable. Any customer that goes here needs to start stepping up and complain. “Preston” has been notified multiple times about the disgusting conditions and he refuses to do anything about it. This place is gross. I suggest trying “Axiom” down the way.

I rarely ever review businesses, and if I do, it’s positive. On March 2, 2022, I came in to cancel my membership. I signed a cancel membership with a lady manager. On the form it reads “if you are within 10 days of the billing date you will be charged for the month’s dues or annual maintenance fee.” She said my card would not be charged any longer since my due date is on the 15th of every month and I was good to go. But on March 15, my credit card was charged twice. Once for the monthly fee and another for the annual maintenance fee. So I called to get a refund. This happened in March last year. I gave up trying to get a refund around winter of 2022, but before that I probably called over 30 times to front desk, emailed about the same number of times as well. I only got ahold of the general manager 2 times on the phone and he only emailed me back maybe 5 times. When I did speak to him he would say: I don’t know what’s going on like he forgot and “researched” what’s going on and said oh it looks like we created two accounts for you the day you signed up; one had your credit card info and the other didn’t. The one we cancelled was the one without the credit card info. He said that he officially cancelled the other account and had put a refund request in and would “let me know”. 9/10 times when I would call the front desk the person would say the manager would be “in a meeting, “out”, or “on a break” and that he would call me back. I never got any calls back. So a year later(update: almost 3 years) they still took the money and haven’t refunded me and it’s not hurting me but I feel that people should know what might happen if they sign up and get wrongly charged. Awhile after I posted this review a manager finally* called me and said something like I’m not sure what went on with the previous manager but I will get this refund processed for you and asked me to take this review down. I said I would after I got the money back and I never did ? I know I won’t get it back at this point but the amount of times it’s been done to customers here is crazy

Showing up on Saturday with ppl waiting to get in,cause maybe someone overslept or forgot to come in and open up,and seeing customers tried of waiting and leaving. I guess I should of went to my other gym this morning. Nampa rec center. 4 1 23. ..still can't open up on time about 20 cars waiting for gym to open this morning. ..seems to be very. Common they say. They need a number posted so ppl can ca I see they still have problems opening on time ,as 7 27 2024

Place was good until today.
Haven't had issues until today(sunday). I was dancing in the studio room around closing time(20 minutes left) and an employee comes in all aggressive saying "20 minutes dancing *whatever*." I said okay and he just keeps repeating it with a raised voice and says "do you understand what I'm saying!?" As if i didnt just answer him. Some other guy comes in 2 minutes after and the same employee comes in acting all friendly saying "looking good, 20 minutes brother." The difference in attitude and treatment is crazy... I don't wanna pull the race card(I'm asian) but why else would you keep repeating the same thing over and over again and then proceed to say aggressively "do you understand what I'm saying"...
*employee was an old short white male btw*
I've had no issues with any other employee there ?♂️

It's ok here. They have some equipment that stays broken and don't fix it. For example, they have 2 smith racks, one of them hasn't worked properly for over a year. The other thing is the cleanliness is... eh. Sometimes they clean and sometimes they don't. The last issue I had here is that the A/C doesn't really work. It's so hot here in the summer that it's crazy. It smells like crazy nasty body odor in there since it's so hot. The positives are that they do have a good selection of equipment and the staff is typically pretty nice. And just so you know, I had a membership here for 3+ years. So, my review is legit. If they fixed the A/C, maintained equipment a little better and cleaned more often, it would be a 5 star review.
