The gentleman at the store was fantastic! I don't have service with cricket but wanted to unlock an old phone. He guided me through the process with no hesitation. Greatly appreciated and honestly saved me!

So impressed with Lewis and Joels customer service. Went in today to switch phones and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away.i was hesitant to walk in at first because I thought the customer service was like the store on 12th by the old Albertsons. BAD SERVICE..But to the owner of the cricket store on market place.You got a awesome team there and a very well maintained store ,clean .Give those guys a raise.I will Definitely be back and spread the word about how awesome and professional u guys are..Thanks again Lewis,and Joel

I have to rate this place a 5 because there was so much involved in getting our numbers over to the Cricket service. We even had one of our phones on the East coast that needed to be part of our plan. The manager and co-worker at the Marketplace took more than one encounter with us to make sure that everything went well. Luis and Joel are the best! They care about their service.

I Needed a new screen protector, the guys in there were Very Nice! I was looking for the same screen I got for $19.99 instead of paying $29.99, they didn't have one for that price. They gave me a screen that was for another phn that was being discontinued that worked on my phn. Instead of giving me just $5. Off they gave me av60%off deal which came to Only $12., Wow, what a deal, I'm Happy, Ty!!Lisa H.

I didn't know this location existed, but I'm happy I found this cricket location. ?Went in to get a upgrade, best service from both Luis and Joel! I recommend to everyone that wants to switch to go to the cricket at treasure valley marketplace. Joel and Luis will be sure to get you taken care of.
