This place was a life saver, and the guy that was working today did amazing work on my phone and had my phone back to me in no time. So thankful to this company. They also are really great on the price as well. Even being in tight spot with money it was manageable to get my phone fixed through them. Hands down they are amazing.

So 2 hours after I left, having my phone screen replaced. The screen stopped working.I went back the next day and with zero hassle. My phone was taken back and the issue resolved within 30 min.NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.Idk about you but I consider that 10/10 customer service.

I was sent here after placing a claim w/my carrier. Was able to get an appointment within an hour of placing the claim. The gentleman there was able to replace my cracked screen pretty quickly and my phone looks like new again. Thank you.

I came into CPR Cell Phone Repair Nampa with my phone because it was having problems charging. I thought I'd have to get a whole new port, but the kind gentleman who helped me simply cleaned it out and now it works like new! He saved me big time on having to get a new phone. Verizon said I had to replace my phone. Took it down to CPR and they ordered parts for me. Next day it took them 10 minutes to fix my issue for literally $500 less than buying a new like Verizon wanted. Top notch service and no attempts to upsell or anything like. Thank you so much!
