My car was towed in on July 3rd. I didn't receive it back until July 26th. Then 1 and a 1/2 days later my car stalled on me again. Towed it back in. Another 2 weeks go by and another $300 on top of the $1,400 I'm already paying for... Car is finished, and I pick it up. ANOTHER 2 days go by. Car stalls on me again and I get the car towed back. August 28th is when I pick up the car again. Add another $200+ to the bill... No loaner car was offered. Even if "you don't offer loaner cars anymore," you need to help. Days went by when nobody would give me an update. One day somebody apologized because they admitted nobody had worked on the car. I have a newborn baby at home and use the car for work. Had to use family and friends' cars for about 2 months. I will never go back, and I will never tell anybody to go there.

The team at Corwin make the purchase process super easy! Les Schwab has nothing on the "meet and greet" we received from the sales team when arriving on the lot. Russ and Justin were outstanding to work with; Russ helped us secure the car we wanted and partnered with Justin to wrap up the finance paperwork. I expressed interest in an automobile and within minutes the salesman, Nick, phoned me back. We set an appointment to complete a test drive the next day, but after the test drive, we wanted to think about the purchase overnight. Nick’s approach was not pushy or overbearing. I phoned him the following day with my interest in discussing a deal. Nick worked on the details and kept in touch with me throughout the day. We finally came to an agreement, and Nick was very accommodating with our schedule and made the final purchase easy and enjoyable. Between our salesman Nick, his colleague Jeff, and finance, Conner, this was truly one of the best car buying experiences my family has ever had. I would highly recommend Corwin Ford, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Purchased two Ford Mavericks from corwin Ford in Nampa. My husband purchased his first through Steve, who recently got promoted... And I flew in yesterday from WA and was kindly met at the airport by Russ, who has been working at this dealership and with Steve since he was a young man.. and now Russ gets to retire in September! Russ was amazingly patient with me and spent over an hour going over all the bells and whistles, including setting up my phone to sync with my new blue ? Maverick! So glad I was blessed with having Russ as he never pressured me or made me feel intimidated by this transaction. Thanks Russ. Enjoy your next adventure!
