I'm pretty sure that it's the vest customer service experience I've ever had.I noticed a defect in one of the shoes I purchased, but didn't notice it until quite a while after ordering them because I hadn't worn them, or even tried them on. I didn't expect a refund or exchange because it was my fault for not noticing in so long. However, I sent an email with images and they promptly responded and sent a new pair.I will definitely be ordering again in the future.”

Rya welcomed me when I walked in and noticed I had a return and helped me right away! She was very patient and helpful. “There is some good stuff in here! Lots of fun candy, and if you like Hello Kitty, Stitch, or anything like that, I would recommend coming here. There are many fun decorative cups and other sorts of decorations, including these characters, but there's also clothes, paintings, sorting items, kitchenware, toys, and more. And there is new stuff every time I visit. Customer service so far for me has always been good.”
